Conditions d’utilisation standard Les ventilateurs Europ-Plast sont fabriqués pour le déplacement d’air corrosif, non abrasif, non chargé en particules solides et à des températures comprises entre 0°C et +60°C. En cas de présence de particules solides, Europ-Plast peut vous proposer des solutions adaptées suivant des données précises. La température ambiante maxi du moteur est de +40°C et l’altitude maxi de l’installation ne doit pas dépasser 1 000 m. Au-delà de ces valeurs, le moteur doit être déclassé.

Caractéristiques Le VCP est toujours proposé en ventilateur nu avec son châssis mécano-soudé avec peinture 100 microns polyuréthane anti-corrosion de couleur RAL 8028 et son moteur standard IP55 classe F échauffement B. Le ventilateur a une aspiration circulaire et une sortie rectangulaire à bride où s'adaptent les pièces de transformation proposées en option. La purge des condensats est comprise dans le ventilateur tout comme la boulonnerie Inox A2.

Under standard conditions Fans Europ-Plast are made for moving air corrosive, non-abrasive, non-loaded with solid particles at temperatures between 0°C and 60°C. In the presence of solid particles, Europ-Plast can offer tailored solutions according to specific data. The maximum ambient temperature of the motor is 40°C and the maximum altitude of the installation must not exceed 1 000 m. Beyond these values, we may offer you a special engine, adapted to your needs.

Features The VCP is delivered as a bare ventilator with a machine-welded chassis with 100 micron polyurethane anti-corrosion paint in colour RAL 8028 and ABB type motor -Leroy Somer or equivalent. The ventilator has a circular aspiration inlet and rectangular flange outlet on which the optional conversion parts can be fitted. The condensate purge is built into a ventilator. A2 stainless steel screws and bolts.

Standardbedingungen Ventilatoren der Firma Europ-Plast werden für die Bewegung korrosiver Luft, ohne feste Teilchen und bei einer Temperatur von 0°C bis +60°C hergestellt. Falls feste Teilchen in der Luft vorhanden sind, kann Ihnen Europ-Plast, unter Angabe von genauen Daten, eine passenden Lösung anbieten. Die maximale Umgebungstemperatur des Motors beträgt 40°C und die maximale Höhe der Anlage darf 1 000 m nicht übersteigen. Jenseits dieser Werte können wir Ihnen auf Anfrage einen speziellen Motor anbieten.

Ausstattung Der VCP wird als Standard ohne Zubehör, mit einem verschweißten Gestell aus Edelstahl, 100 µm lackiert (RAL 8028) und mit einem Standardmotor IP55 Isolationsklasse F thermische Auslegung/Isolationsklasse B angeboten. Der Ventilator bietet ein kreisförmiges Ansaugsystem mit einem viereckigen Ausgang mit Flansch, kann sich aber durch angebotene Änderungsteile an fast jedes System anpassen. Der Kondensatablauf ist im Ventilator einbegriffen. Schrauben aus Edelstahl A2.

VCP 200 – Manschette ø 200) - Elastische Manschette aus PVC - grau RAL 7011 an der Saugseite - 2 Edelstahlbänder für elastische Manschette - Schwingelemente - PVC Splitterschutz oder Kunsthartzbeschichtung auf der Außenseite des Gehäuses - Abschliessbarer Ausschalter - Kompletter Ventilator für Ex-Schutz Zone 1G or 2G - Frequenzumrichter auf Anfrage - Dichtungsverstärkerung
