SDH OPERATIONS HANDLED

Monitoring all the network components and report/escalate/rectify any degradation/failure.

Trouble shooting for all failures including Lease lines and related H/w. Performing recovery and migration projects, including shifting customer

circuits. Re- planning (re-routing) these customer circuits. Analyzing the requirements and planning the circuit routes, for the

provision of new equipment. Handling traffic outage of SDH equipment at Network Operation Center in

co-ordination with field engineer.

AT RAILTEL CORP OF IND LTD Railtel is a public sector Organization providing Leased lines, VPN, MPLS Connectivity in various parts of the country.

Monitoring all alarms in the network and troubleshooting by 24 * 7 NOC environments.

New circuits provisioning on Alcatel 1353 RM and 1354 NM, Tejas TJ1500 EMS. Fibcom Network Manager.

Diverting the Customer circuits (Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel, Idea, MTS, NIC) with Minimum Traffic Outage.

Technical support to field Engineers in case of malfunctioning of Equipments.

SDH TRAINING ATTENDED

Attended five days SDH training program in Tejas Networks Ltd at Bangalore on behalf of Railtel Corporation of Indial ltd.
