the marketing challenge

Based on our conversation last Thursday 29th of May 2008, the main marketing challenge for “X Factor Mortgages” is attracting new clients due to the lack of brand awareness in both the Melbourne and Sydney markets.

Page 4: Vega 91.5 Radio Proposal 2008

the plan

As the challenge is to attract new clients and to establish a bigger brand presence in both the Melbourne and Sydney markets I’ve recommended a heavy 6 month radio schedule from the 1st July 2008 to the 31st December 2008. This will ensure that we flood the market (i.e. our listeners your potential clients) with your name, positioning statement and the financial services you provide. The creative will ensure both primary and secondary listeners keep “X Factor Mortgages” top of mind and on the shopping list when it comes to deciding their financial needs. I’ve recommended a 6 month radio advertising campaign which include “Commercials”, “Live Reads” and a “News Sponsorship” which will further increase the “X Factor Mortgage” brand awareness.
