Squarely square

I am greatly inspired by the famous spiral vegetable pie that has been around the blogosphere in

accommodating to my sauce with a presentation rigorously square. Colorful, with a good taste of

vegetables on a fine pie pastry. After version spiral

100 gr grated mozzarella

100 ml cream

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Trim and finishes:

1 yellow squash

2 zucchini

2 eggplant3 carrots

Unroll the puff pastry, line a pie pan and bake blind for 20 minutes.

detailing and clean the vegetables in the lengthwise into thin strips using a mandolin. Poeller

eggplant a few minutes in a little olive oil and blanch the vegetables separately in another a large

volume of salt water. After 3 minutes of cooking, remove the vegetables and place in cold water a

few seconds and then drain on paper towels.

Combine ingredients then pour the appliance go on the bottom of the cooled tart. Superimpose

vegetables in alternating colors. Cut length of 5 cm width and decorate the top of the pie as

pictured. Add salt and pepper and cook for 20 min.
