We barbecue fresh produce on deck. Our salads, vegetables, fresh fish and meat dishes are

designed to suit a wide variety of tastes.

We can personalize the barbecue to suit your dietry requirements.

Admiral´s Red Crayfish Barbecue

Appetizers: Crisps and olives, canapés with cheese, tomato and oregano, Gazpacho (cold tomato soup), mussels and prawns.

Salads: A green mixed salad or a tomato salad.

Grilled vegetables: Courgette, aubergine, peppers, baby potatos, onions, mushrooms, asparagus, sweetcorn, pineapple.

Fish: Red Crayfish, squid, tuna or seasonal fish.

Meat: Chistorra (sausage), lamb chops, bonsai chicken, ox steak with Cherry tomatoes.

Dessert: Seasonal fruit and strawberries with chocolate.

TAPAS:

Tapas will served on the deck by our crew. Our fresh meals are truly seasonal and therefore only available at

certain times of year. Alternative seasonal options can be offered as substituted as the season changes.

OVERNIGHT AND MULTI DAY SAILING TRIPS:

Price for groups up to 10 people. 2615 €/day

10% discount Monday to Thursday Breakfast, lunch and dinner (drinks not included) 83 €/day

Recommendations: Keep your luggage in small and collapsible bags.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

VAT (10%) is imposed on the total bill, including extra services. Acrobatic Show (21%).

Additional fees may be imposed for Special occasions such a rental for filming or other activity that

differs from our usual sightseeing tours. If the client wants an external catering service, the charter rate increases by 30%. 50% of the charter prices should be paid at time of booking, the additional 50% and extras fees that apply should be paid 15 days before the starting day. The first 50 % must be paid at the time of booking or within the next 10 days of the request otherwise the booking cannot be confirmed. If an option is not confirmed by a payment within 10 days, it would be cancelled or place it at the end of the option queue. Bookings that are made within two weeks of the departure day will be treated on a first come first served basis. It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks on board.

CANCELATIONS:

If the customer cancels the bookings, the chargers incurred:

If notified 180 days in advance of the date, 15% reservation will be charged 90 days in advance 25% of reservation 60 in days advance 50% of reservation 30 in days advance 100% of reservation 15 in days advance 100% of the boat price 3 days in advance el 100% of the total bill including food and extras.

If the captain determines that the trip must be cancelled due to bad weather conditions, 100% of the payment made will be returned.
