A FunDay for a Cause A Strong Kids Campaign Fundraiser Craft Fair & Auction and Carnival * Saturday, October 13, 2012 * Cross Island YMCA April 24, 2022 Dear Craftsperson/Artist/Vendor/Community Member, On Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 12pm -5pm, the Cross Island YMCA will host a fun Family Carnival, Vendor Fair and Auction. All proceeds will directly benefit the YMCA and allow people of all ages to grow stronger in spirit, mind and body. We are currently seeking vendors and crafters for this event. Vendors may be artisans, hand crafters, representatives of direct selling companies (such as Pampered Chef, Avon, etc.), or other vendors. The cost will be $300 for a 10’ x 10’ space. We also ask that vendors donate an item to our auction ($40 minimum value). We also reserve the right to limit product types and will accept only one vendor per direct-selling company. In the spirit of holding a family-oriented event which will be fun and attract families from the community, we ask that vendors get into the spirit of our Family event and be creative with your booth space – host an activity, game, or something fun for families to do when visiting your table. It is not a requirement, but we hope you will join us in promoting the Fun Carnival spirit! The day will be filled with entertainers, food, family fun, and great shopping, and we hope you can join us this year to help raise funds to help us provide scholarships and financial assistance to program participants. In return for your contribution, we will announce your donation in our promotional materials including flyers, newspaper articles and website. The event details and sponsors will be emailed and posted in all our communications to our membership base of 26,000. More details on sponsorship opportunities are attached. Dear Craftsperson/Artist/Vendor/Community Member,

On Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 12pm -5pm, the Cross Island YMCA will host a fun Family Carnival, Vendor Fair and Auction. Cost: $300 per 10’ x 10’ space. We have limited supply of tables; they will be distributed on a first come/first served basis. Please note below if you are requesting a table. When our supply is exhausted you will need to provide your own tables. In addition, we ask that you donate one item ($40 minimum retail value) to our Auction and include an activity at your booth to promote the “Family Fun” theme. Proceeds from sale of space and the auction will directly benefit the Cross Island YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. Electricity may be available on a limited basis – please call if required.
