This is our largest and most highly anticipated event of the year and we are gearing up for another exciting weekend!

Safari Niagara invites your organization to take part in this FREE of charge event with the participation of a trick-or-treating booth. Come out and show your community support by interacting with those you serve in the Niagara Region.

Vendors will be contacted regarding their application status regarding your event dates and provide you with all vendor details for the event. Safari Niagara reserves the right to accept or reject any application at their own discretion.

By becoming a vendor and participating in Safari Niagara’s Boo at the Zoo, you agree to and accept the following terms & condtions:

1. Boo at the Zoo will proceed rain or shine.

2. Vendor registration is FREE. However, if the vendor does not fulfi l their vendor dates selected on the Vendor Application Form or cancels their attendance within seven (7) days of the event the vendor will be charged $50.00. A credit card authorization form MUST be completed at the time of vendor registration.

3. No open fl ames or balloons are permitted.

4. Tents, tables and chairs are not provided and not available. Remember to bring all needed supplies.

5. Electricity is not provided and not available.

6. All decorations must be tasteful and refl ect a non-scary, family friendly environment.

7. Sale of products is allowed. Sale of food or beverage products is strictly prohibited.

8. Vendors must hand out treats from their booth to trick or treaters. All treats must be sealed.

9. Your exhibit/vendor space will be pre-assigned and we can not guarantee specifi c locations of your booth. A Safari Niagara staff member will direct you to your location upon arrival.

10. Safari Niagara will provide FREE admission for a maximum of 3 Adults per booth.

11. Safari Niagara will open for you to set up your exhibit/vendor space beginning at 7:30AM. All vehicles must be removed from the park by 8:30AM and are to be parked in the visitors parking lot. ANY VEHICLE ARRIVING AFTER 8:15AM WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO DRIVE INTO THE PARK TO SET UP - NO EXCEPTIONS.

12. Booth teardown will begin at 4:00PM. Early departure is not permitted.

13. It is your responsibility to clean up your booth’s area. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Our team will be actively promoting this event and updating the general public about new vendors for the Safari Niagara, Boo at the Zoo event. We will be promoting through our website, www.safariniagara.com and our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). In addition, we will be sending an email marketing campaign promoting the event to over 30,000 subscribers.
