Información general
TBN - D I 400 - 4P - 1 1/2
Un equipo tubular centrífugo construido con rodete de álabes curvos atrasados, con un nivel de alta eficiencia y un bajo nivel sonoro. Integrado por 12 tamaños nominales que van del 315 al 1120.
Esta serie está disponible en acoplamiento directo, transmisión poleas-bandas y motor conmutado electrónicamente. Sus aplicaciones van desde comerciales hasta industriales, donde se requiere el manejo de aire limpio con hasta 500 mg por m3 de polvo.

Carcasa con vanos que reducen la turbulencia e incrementan la eficiencia, soportes de sujeción que facilitan la instalación y base motor fabricados en acero con acabado en pintura de polvo poliéster de aplicación electrostática.
Rodetes de álabes atrasados curvos fabricados en acero al carbón, dinámicamente balanceados a grado G 6.3 siguiendo lo establecido por la normativa: ISO 1940 o AMCA 204, acabado en pintura de polvo poliéster y con giro CW.
Oído de aspiración con diseño aerodinámico que permite aspiración de aire con menor turbulencia.
Los motores son bajo especificación NEMA y cuentan con alta eficiencia en su desempeño para cada operación. Están diseñados para ser arrancados directos en línea de alimentación y capaces de soportar variaciones de ± 10% en la tensión de alimentación (por periodos cortos de tiempo), y de ± 5% de forma constante, sin presentar variaciones en su operación (Aplica para TBN –D y TBN –T).
Característicasconstructivas

Chumaceras de bolas con sistema de fijación de anillo concéntrico para brindar mejor agarre y menos vibración durante su funcionamiento. La fuerza de sujeción de 360° reduce la vibración por medio de una concentricidad mejorada. La clase I utiliza rodamientos para servicio de uso general. Mientras que la Clase II para servicio semipesado (Aplica para TBN –T).
Extensión de graseras que facilitan la lubricación de los rodamientos (Aplica para TBN –T).
Los ejes se fabrican en acero AISI Cº1045, utilizando un proceso automático para el posicionamiento y corte de los cuñeros. Así mismo, son revestidos con un barniz anticorrosivo (Aplica para TBN –T).

Se tiene un equipo centrífugo de diámetro nominal 710 con el siguiente espectro sonoro:
Se realiza una resta aritmética de los valores referenciados.
Se instalará en un recinto donde se requiere un NC 70. El caudal generado por dicho equipo es de 11,033 m3 / hr y la velocidad de salida es menor a 5 m/s. Debemos tomar los valores NC 70 dentro de la tabla de referencia e implementarle en el lugar donde será colocado el equipo de ventilación y el atenuador.

Localizar en las tablas de atenuación de cada modelo, los valores más cercanos en las frecuencias 1 y 2 kHz basados en el diámetro y longitud, y de preferencia en busca del mayor nivel de atenuación.

Una vez elegido el espectro correspondiente, se restarán aritméticamente los valores de atenuación por octavas de banda, del atenuador al espectro sonoro del ventilador.
Se sumarán logarítmicamente (LwA Ventilador atenuado + Sonido regenerado), hasta obtener el espectro sonoro del ventilador atenuado.
Una vez con el espectro del ventilador atenuado, revisaremos el efecto que se generará por la velocidad de paso dentro del atenuador. Para ello, recurriremos a la tabla de atenuación general y tomaremos el espectro sonoro correspondiente a la velocidad de salida marcada como menor a 5 m/s.
