VENUE HIRE

The Mosaic Rooms are located in a magnificent Victorian townhouse in Kensington, providing unique, elegant and contemporary spaces for private and corporate functions. Laid out over two floors, it comprises more than 200 square metres of stylish space.

With a number of different spaces and a garden area, we can accommodate a variety of events from: product launches to photo shoots; exhibitions; parties; business breakfasts; glamorous dinners; informal drinks and champagne receptions; as well as conferences and meetings.

GRAND ROOM

Situated on the ground floor the Grand Room offers period features with elegant contemporary charm, a prestigious venue for both receptions and dinners. With direct access to the balcony and garden the room is light, and spacious. It opens onto an elegant bar area, making this space inviting for a variety of events.

The room benefits from a state-of-the-art digital projector and sound system making it perfect for screenings, lectures and workshops. It also shows a rolling programme of contemporary artwork and is fitted with a picture hanging system for exhibitions.

BOARDROOM

The Boardroom is equipped with a video and tele-conferencing system, plasma screen, DVD player, WiFi and attractive furniture. It makes for an exceptional and smart meeting room.

In similar style to the Grand Room, this room is also an elegant space for intimate dinners, and smaller receptions. Opening directly onto the Grand Room, it is also an ideal space for pre-dinner drinks for events taking place in the Grand Room.

LOWER GRAND ROOM

The Lower Grand Room is situated on the lower ground floor. This space is contemporary, fresh and modern, a perfect canvas for creating bespoke events. Similar in size to the Grand Room, it has direct access to the garden through French Doors.

This is a stylish space for receptions, dinners, lectures and workshops. It is also a fantastic room for pre-dinner drinks, or post-dinner dancing for larger parties using the Grand Room. The space benefits from having a programme of contemporary artwork on display and is fitted with a picture hanging system for exhibitions.

GARDEN

The Mosaic Rooms Garden is a haven in central London. Landscaped in a contemporary style, with paved floor, planted borders and large planters. With room for a small marquee, it is an adaptable space that can be dressed and lit to create a memorable outside space to host receptions and summer parties.

It can be easily accessed from the Grand and Lower Grand Rooms, making it a wonderful space for pre-dinner drinks for larger parties using these rooms.

BOOKSHOP

The Mosaic Rooms Bookshop is furnished with contemporary shelves and fantastic art books and films. Located opposite the Board Room it makes a wonderful and inspiring break out space, and small meeting room.

As one of the first spaces you encounter as you enter the building it is also very fitting to use this space for guest registration and a cloak room.

The Mosaic Rooms are available for daytime and evening hire throughout the week and weekend. Hire fees include the use of AV equipment. Please contact us directly to discuss your events requirements, availability and fees.
