Veper® model L

Veper® L skid-steer loader

The Veper L compact skid-steer loader is

multifunctional machine. The Veper L will exceed

your expectations by far.

Small size: A great advantage when operating or

when transporting a machine on a trailer. Easily gets

into tight spaces and completes your objectives.

Versatility: Has the benefit of handling multiple tasks

by changing various attachments.

Vehicle Steering

Precise and low-effort joystick controls make

maneuvering effortless. Driving is even more

simplified with hydraulic joystick controls.

The Engine speed control is positioned on the right

side close to the joystick.

Visibility: A unique and simple cab design solution

provides adequate visibility in all directions, andmaintains the safety of the cab operator as well.

Instrument panel: Positioned in the upper-middlesection of the cab, it provides highly-functional,

easy-to-read gauges. The simplicity of the console

ensures clarity and allows for no distractions.

Three various Volkswagen Industrial engines are

used for the Veper L skid-steer loader:

Veper® L Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is controlled by two

hydraulically-operated joysticks for drive, boom lift,

and tilt functions. Joystick handlers are equipped

with a wide range of electrical switches and push

buttons which allow versatile, proportional, and

on-off control of the attachments and engine.

Hydraulic pumps: Sauer Danfoss hydraulic pumps,

Poclain and Hansa TMP.

The hydraulic system is made up of four pumps. Thefirst two operate the skid-steer drive, while the other two

pumps are used for auxiliary hydraulics and HF (high flow).

Benefit: Hydraulic pumps provide high-pressure

oil flow, which is of great importance for achieving

bucket power.

High Flow Hidraulics available

Veper® High Flow System

Productivity: High flow hydraulics multiply machine

productivity, provide the hydraulic flow which

increases the productivity of the skid-steer

attachments. High flow is able to use the engine’s

full power, resulting in highly efficient machine

function. It is of great importance for the following

attachments: the asphalt planer, the hydraulic

hammer, the concrete mixer, and the trencher.

Machine MaintenanceSpecifically designed for part availability and

lowest service costs in the industry.

The cab tilting feature enables access to the engine

and hydraulic components.

The back door ensures engine accessibility from the

back. The back door is opened from the cab (img ).

Cooler tilting ensures access to upper engine

components and easy cleaning (img ). An efficient

cooling system: side by side coolers (img ) for

engine cooling fluids and hydraulic oil.

The Bottom cover allows access to the hydraulic

components and the engine from the bottom.

Service intervals

Due to the new filter systems, service intervals are

widely extended compared to previous models.The

Veper model L is a unique model in its class because

it allows the use of standard off-the-shelf filters for

the engine, hydraulics, and air.

Globaly available service parts

The air filters are the standard Donaldson type;

the engine oil and fuel filters are the standard VW,

and the hydraulic oil filters are also standard as

described in the operating manual.

Customer Support

The Customer Support team helps sustain machine

performance and quality. The support includes:

■ Internet education for the customer and

instruction materials and tutorials that will ensure

the customer is handling daily maintenance

correctly.

■ Veper customer support includes machine

servicing, the design of a specific attachment,

purchase, finance, rental, and leasing assistance.

Veper® L Series

We offer three different models of the Large model:

L, equipped with a hp engine, an L - hp

engine, and an L with hp integrated engine.

Customization for Performance

A customer has customization possibilities.

Depending on the customer’s needs, one can

choose between various options. The Veper teamwill customize the customers’ machines, and design

and produce the right attachment for their needs.

Dump Reach

Even with the radial lift arm, the Veper model L

equipped with Veper ™ tires has a relatively

high bucket altitude of mm. Most heavy-duty

dumper trucks with or axles could be paired with

the model L at the workplace.

Veper Boom™

Boom design expands side visibility. The Veper

boom™ base shape is designed in a way to absorb

the recoil of the hitting bucket (img ).

Vehicle Stability

The Veper L has a low center of gravity, deliveringgreat stability during lifting and hauling, balanced

by counterweights and sufficient wheelbase

distance. This means there is no danger of the

vehicle turning over. The integrated counterweight

solves the issue of front-to-rear weight distribution.
