I. Introduction

ESMS

ESMS allows remote configuration of different Sapphire Site controllers across a network.

Site Configuration

1. On the ESMS dashboard, hover the cursor over Configuration Data option.

2. Two options are displayed. Select from options Search by Parameters or Search by Site Attributes.

To search by Parameters:

a. On the ESMS dashboard, hover the cursor over Configuration Data option.

b. Click Search by Parameters. Configuration Data Search by Parameters page displays.

c. To search by Site ID, enter the Site ID in the Site ID field.

d. Click Search to see the list. The Site ID list displays.

Search in

a. On the ESMS dashboard, hover the cursor over Configuration Data option.

b. To search through the hierarchy node, click the Search In drop down box and select from the list.

c. Click Search to see the list. The Site ID list displays.

Keyword

a. On the ESMS dashboard, hover the cursor over Configuration Data option.

b. To search using the keyword, enter the keyword in the Keyword field.

c. Click Search to see the list. The Site ID list displays.

Search By

a. To filter search listing by field (e.g., name, Sapphire URL, merchant ID, address), click the Search By drop down box and select from the list.

b. Click Search to see the list. The Site ID list displays.

Reference Sites Only

a. To search for reference sites, click the Reference Sites Only check box.

b. Click Search to see the list. The Site ID list displays.

c. Click Search To search by Site Attributes

a. On the ESMS dashboard, hover the cursor over Configuration Data option.b. Select Site Attribute from Site Attributes list box.Select multiple entries by holding Ctrl key and clicking on the Site Attribute

Add selected attributes to Search Parameter by clicking on > button

Remove search parameter by selecting parameter and clicking on < button.

Exact Match

Reference Sites Only

Click Search button

1. Sites that match search criteria provided are listed below the screen. Initially, all reference sites are listed.

2. Select Site to edit data by clicking the Site ID3. A list of Dataset and the corresponding reference site for each dataset is displayed4. Select dataset to edit by clicking on the Dataset name.

User Administration

Dataset Name: User

This configuration data is used to enter names and passwords of users who will have access to the information on the Sapphire.

Add User

1. Click Add User

2. User Detail form displays3. Enter the name of the new user. (Number of characters is unlimited)4. Enter the Ruby Employee ID number. This is used to link the user to a user configured on the

Sapphire. 5. Select Roles for the user by ticking checkbox for each role. All preconfigured roles are displayed

on the list. 6. Set Password Settings. Enter a valid integer from 1-30 as the minimum length for the user’s

password.Note: To view guidelines for setting a password, click on Password Guidelines link.

7. Enter the maximum length for the user’s password. (Valid integer value from 1-30)8. Enter the number of days until the password expires. (Valid integer value from 0-90)9. Enter password again to confirm password.10. Set Secure User Settings. Enter Secure User ID (Unique Secure User ID, Valid integer value

from 1-99. Enter “0” for user who should not have access to PABP-Sensitive data)11. Select to grant the secure user Secure User Administration privileges.

Note: Secure User Administration Privileges allows a secure user to create, update, and delete secure user accounts.

12. Click Save button to add user.

Delete User

1. Click the Delete ( ) button on the corresponding user2. A message box displays prompting user to confirm deleting of user.3. Click OK to continue4. A confirmation message displays indicating that the user was deleted successfully.

Edit User

1. Click the Edit ( ) button on the corresponding user2. User detail displays with fields populated.3. Edit necessary information.4. Click Save button to save changes.
