1 eAir

1.1 Job Signoff screen can be navigated from Air Import Clearance screen

Job signoff screen can be navigated from Air Import Clearance Job screen by using the newly added button ‘Job

Signoff’.

1.2 Enabled New UI LOV option for Air Export Job Generation and MAWB stock

generation screens

New LOV option has been enabled in Air Export Job Generation and MAWB Stock Generation screens.

1.3 Air Import Job Entry Completed auto mail in HTML format

In Air Import Job, changed the AIR Import Job Entry Completed auto mail to HTML format which is available in

Air Import Job ->Job reports->Mail to Customer service.

1.4 New changes have been provided in Air Export Booking screen

Once the ‘Cargo Received Date’ is entered in Air Export Booking screen,system automatically fetches the next

available flight schedule for that Port Pair. Also the system shows the alert message for selected carrier and allocate the flight plan.

If the ‘Cargo Received Date’ is entered before 12.00 Noon, system fetches the next flight plan

where the ETD date is greater than or equal to system date and updates in that booking.

If cargo received date is entered after 12.00 noon, system will not fetch the next flight plan where

the ETD date is equal to system date, it will pick the Flight Plan where ETD is greater than system date. However the user will be allowed to change the flight schedule manually.

eCRMAir Export Booking:

1.5 Upload & Download buttons have been added in Pricing Air/LCL/FCL screens

‘Upload’ and ‘Download’ options have been provided to upload and download the pricing details respectively. The

‘Download’ button when clicked, downloads the pricing details in an excel or CSV format. The pricing details include

Exwork Charges, FRT Charges and Destination Charges-Exports.

Pricing details can be updated in the excel or CSV sheet and uploaded in Pricing screen. If any mandatory field is not

entered, system displays a message.

Valid From Date field is left blank in the Excel Sheet:

If the excel sheet is uploaded with any field(s) left blank, system displays a message pointing out the missed field and

the corresponding line number.

1.6 Signoff a job from Air Import Clearance Job screen

New button has been added to signoff a job from the eAirAir import Clearance Job screen itself. Users, generally,

sign off a job due to many reasons.

When clicked, the button will navigate to Signoff screen where the job can be signed off. Select the reason for ‘Job

Signoff’ from the Code field.

2 eOcean

2.1 Merge HBL option has been enabled for FCL Segments

In Merge HBL Screen, merge option has been enabled for FCL segment also which was previously available only for LCL segment.

2.2 Enabled CSV format for report in Export/Import Documentation screens

CSV format has been enabled for reports in Sea Export Documentation and Sea Import Documentation screens.

2.3 Changes have been included in the FCL Job Generation screen

(i)Added Carrier booking no. column in the HBL detail Tab page which Will pick the value from the others tab

page of FCL export booking screen.

(ii)Carrier booking no. value has been shown in the Booking confirmation report where the values taken from the

subjob

(iii) No.of Containers entered in booking screen is shown in total window along with Carrier Booking Number

column.

New column ‘Carrier Booking No’ has been added in Sea Export FCL Job GenerationHBL Details tab page. The

carrier booking number is retrieved from the FCL Export Booking Others tab page.

‘Carrier Booking No’ from the booking will be displayed in the Booking Confirmation report.

‘Total’ button in Sea Export FCL Job Generation screen.

2.4 Customs Clearance has been made mandatory in Sea Import Job

‘Customs Cleared by Us’ field has been made mandatory in Sea Import Job screen under house level customs tab page based on the Default Master code ‘IS_CUSTOMS_CLEARANCE_MANDATORY’ is set as ‘Yes’.

2.5 Search option has been enabled in Spot Quote screen

New search option has been provided in Spot Quote-FCL screen where the user will be allowed to search the saved quotations entering the origin and destination values.

2.6 New LOV feature in Sea Export OBL Corrector screen

New UI LOV feature has been added in eOcean Sea Export OBL Corrector screen.

2.7 New automail has been created

New automail ‘Sailing Schedule Coload’ has been created which will trigger only when the CFS involved in the sailing schedule. Co-loader detail will be picked automatically if it is entered in the sailing schedule based on the

Default Master flag SAILING_SCHEDULE_COLOAD_REQ.

3 eFinance

3.1 Transactions have been retrieved for different currencies

In Bank Reconciliation screen, changed the currency code column to non-mandatory, for pulling the all transactions done in different currencies. If it is for particular currency then, it will pull the transactions under the entered

currency.

In Bank Reconciliation screen, shown the currency code field in the header and the data's will be pulled based on the

currency code entered in it. Otherwise it will pull the data as like same as now.

3.2 Group of subledger accounts can be transferred from one account code to

another

A new option has been provided to transfer more than one subledger codes from one account code to another

account code. A group of subledger codes which has been mapped under an account code can be transferred into

another account code using eFinanceAccount Code Transfer screen provided the group of subledger codes are

mapped into new account code.

The old account code will be replaced with the new account code in all financial documents created previously. For

eg: an invoice document created with the old account code will be replaced with the new account code after the

account code transfer.

3.3 Jobs can be closed with accounting transactions

A job cannot be closed if it has accounting transactions. But, a job with accounting transactions can be closed based on

the default master code ‘BEFORE_JOB_CLOSE_CHK_COST_REV’. If it is set as ‘Yes’ then accounting transactions

will be checked before job close else accounting transactions will not be checked.

A new option has been provided to skip the accounting transactions checking even the default code is set as ‘Yes’. The

option is to map the segment code (for which the checking not to be done) in MasterseFinanceSegment Group

Master.

4.1 Billing Customer field has been enabled mandatory in all booking screens

Billing Customer field has been enabled mandatory in all booking screens based on Default Master flag

‘BILLING_CUSTOMER_MANDATORY_REQ’ set as ‘Yes’.

5 Reports & Admin scripts

5.1 Changes have been made in Invoice Not Raised admin script

In admin Script ‘Invoice not Raised’-1006, the following changes have been done: a) Invoice raised clearance job records are not shown in the report.

b) Invoice reversed job records are shown in the report.

5.2 Service job records have been displayed in USER AUDIT TRIAL admin script

In ‘User Audit Trial Report’-5968 admin script, service job records have been included.

5.3 New admin scripts have been created for Haulage module

Created new admin scripts ‘Haulage Order Statistics Report’-9890 and Haulage Container Statistics

5.4 Pre CAN automail has been added in Sea Import Job screen

5.5 New report has been added in CFS Delivery Entry screen

In CFS Delivery Entry AE screen, a new report ‘Gate Pass’ has been added. It works based on Country Configuration Master flag.

5.6 New dashboard scripts have been added in CMS main screen

The following dashboard scripts have been added in CMS main screen:

Import File Waiting for Processing – To display the details of import files that are waiting for

processing Pending Booking by Destination – To display the details of pending bookings by destination

Weekly Salesman Wise Call Report – To display the details of salesman wise call report

Pending Booking by POD - To display the details of import file processing, pending bookings by

destination and POD respectively.

Person wise Pending Bookings - Air Export - To display the pending bookings person wise.

Original documents are not received from shipper - To display the jobs for which original

documents are not received from the shipper.

Pending Pick up with expected date of arrival at CFS - To display the jobs with pending pickup.

Shipments on hold with Hold notes - To display the shipments on hold with the hold notes. Pending Quotation – To display the pending quotations, navigates to Quotation screen when clicked

on a particular quotation.

5.7 Transhipment details have been added in Principle Import Report

Transhipment job details field has been added in ‘Principle Import Report’-212013 admin script which displays the shipment details with storage charges.

5.8 New admin script for Consolidated outstanding for local/overseas debtors

Created a new admin script ‘Local/Overseas Debtors Outstanding-Consolidated’-30003 for Subledger

Outstanding by Consolidation.

5.9 New admin script has been created to display new clients

New admin Script ‘New Client List’-7778 has been added to display the new client list details.

5.10 New report-DGR has been added in Air Export Job screen

New report DGR (Dangerous Goods Report) has been provided in Air Export Job screen. The report displays the

details of dangerous goods in the container like number and kind of package, description of goods, volume,etc.
