All functions can be operated

with one single chain. This

makes incorrect operation

virtually impossible, as the slats

are automatically aligned to

a slope of 20° when they are

opened or closed.

In addition to the OneLine tech-

nology, three other operating

variants are available: the

classic DuoLine, the operating

ElectricLine.

be used as effective heat protection. Special coatings on the

rear face reflect incident solar radiation and can considerably

Nowadays, displays, tablets and virtual workstations form an

integral part of any modern work environment. Various laws

and ordinances influence how workstations should be designed

to reflect the latest findings on preserving the health of the work-

force. Derived from the EU Directive, the regulations governing

computer workstations have been implemented in Germany in

ISO 9241- 6.

Directives and regulations directly relating to sun and

glare protection systems can be found in:

• Ergonomic requirements for office work with visual

• German workplace ordinance (ArbStättV)

In summary, these standards dictate that all windows must be

fitted with suitable and adjustable glare protection devices to

prevent annoying glare and reflection on screens. The adjusta-

bility of the systems must ensure visibility to the outside, at least

for some of the time. The maximum transmission values, which

may vary depending on the compass direction, must also be

taken into account.

Light transmission

The degree of light transmission of a sunshade indicates the

percentage of visible light that is transmitted from the outside

to the inside.

A lack of glare protection at a computer workstation can cause annoying light reflections and

thus reduce your level of concentration while working. Infinite and simple sunlight control with

Aquatex slats Are ideally suited for special conditions in damp locations.

The slats are water- and dirt-repelling as well as fungicide-

treated.

Functional slats made of white, opaque PVC or translucent

plastic: antistatic, hard-wearing and washable, these

all-rounders are primarily used in medical and hygienically

sensitive areas. You can choose a translucent or darkening

version depending on your application.

Slats are mainly manufactured from synthetic fabrics because these

widths: 89, 127 and 250 mm.

Slat widths of 250 mm are perfectly suited for large window

widths of 89 mm are most effective at small windows and offer

clearance.

Is that a vertical blind? In a slat width of 250 mm, the blinds almost resemble a
