ProtectUniversal safety

As the pioneer of gate safety, Miller Edge's gate collection includes photo eyes and gate edges, which are available in multiple monitored electrical congurations. In addition, monitored accessories oer compatibility with nearly any operator brand to suit your safeguarding needs.

IdentifyEntrapment Areas

It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine the number of potential areas where the risk of entrapment may exist. A minimum of two independent means of monitored protection must be present at all motorized gate entrapment points. The same device cannot be used for both means.

MWRT12Includes single channel receiver (MWR12) and transmitter (MWT12). The receiver operates on either 12 or 24 volt AC/DC and provides N.O. or N.C. output.

Includes MWR12 receiver and MWTA12 transmitter with audible low battery alarm. Alarms sounds for 5-10 seconds at 1-2 minute intervals.

MWRTa12Receives signals from up to 3 different input devices. Compatible with MWT12 or MWTA12 transmitter.

MWR13

MGLMonitored Gate Edge transmitter and receiver detects the presence and function of up to two monitored gate edge sensors. The transmitter operates with standard size AA lithium batteries.

NEW

Configuration:

GEMGate Edge Module accommodates varied interface options and monitors all hard-wired edges that require an input other than 10K resistive.

NEW

Configuration:

MIM“The Solution” Multi-Input Module extends the operator’s ability to accept up to 6 different monitored devices and simplifies the connection of those devices. Provide 2 outputs for compatibility with nearly all gate operator brands.

ELECTRICAn electric edge contains two conductive strips. When the sensor is compressed, the conductive elements come into contact, which sends an electric signal to the motor.

AIR-WAVE An air-wave edge allows for customizing sensitivity and are useful when a non-electric edge is preferred. It contains a flexible hose that is connected to an air switch. When the hose is compressed, air is pushed into the switch, which then sends a signal to the motor.

PNEUMATIC A pneumatic edge offers a reliable, low-cost alternative to the standard electric edge. It contains a flexible hose that is connected to a pneumatic switch. When the hose is compressed, air is pushed into the switch, which then sends a signal to the motor.

CUSTOM COLOR The Custom Colored Edge option is available on all of our gate edge sensors. You have your choice of 10 standard colors and 4 primary color finishes.
