How to report expenses
Easy Money?!
• Nothing is for free! Be aware of extra work for administration, calculation, reports, travel, meetings …and presentations
• 25% of the budget coming from own resources
• Despite all translations: English is a must!
• Don‘t be the coordinator – let an agency or an experienced partner do the job
• Look for extra funding if you want to put up a new service anyway, but do not start a EU-project just for the sake of extra revenue!
