How to Use

There are 2 ways to shop:

Use following link to open website on your computer/laptop

You can also open it through VESTIGE home page

Login page

1. Use Your Distributor ID/Username and Password to login

2. On successful login you will see home page

Home Page

1. Vestige-POS – Allows you to

create new order by clicking

on Vestige-POS link.

2. Logged In User Info – Shows

logged in Distributor’s name.

3. Location – Shows logged In

Distributor’s registered

branch.

4. Sign out – Allows you to

signout

How to Start

1. Put your Distributor ID or any

Distributor ID for which you want to

place your order. Press “Enter” on

keyboard

2. Distributor Name & Registered branch

will be displayed automatically, when

you enter correct Distributor ID

3. Choose Delivery Order Mode

Self – When you wish to collect

your order personally from

another branch different to your

registered branch(See next page for

more info)

Courier – When you wish the

order to be delivered through

courier at your doorstep

(Note: Courier Charges may apply)

Order mode-SELF

1. Self Mode of ordering is when you wish to

collect your order from branch office.

2. If you select self mode, other than the

registered branch, click on select in drop

down option and list of states will open,

then select branch.

3. Select a particular branch from where you

want to collect your products.

4. For self mode, the payment can be done

through online & cash:

Cash – Products can be collected only from

the selected branch after making the

payment there only. Unpaid orders may not

be available while paying for the order at

the branches.

Paid Online – Products can be collected

from selected branch.

1. Courier mode of ordering is when you wish

the products to be delivered at your

registered address or any other address.

2. If you select courier mode, the registered

address & details will be flashed.

3. If you wish to change the address, click on

“Get Address”.

4. All the mandatory fields should be filled

properly before placing order.

5. Press “ok” after providing complete details.

6. The orders will be dispatched from the

branch selected by you.

7. Extra charges for courier may apply

upto Rs 4000/- of order Rs 65 will

charged extra

above Rs 4000/- of order will be free of

cost

Order mode-COURIER

Selection of

Products/Item code

1. To choose product enter product

name /code on the left side top

search panel.

2. Products can also be selected

directly by clicking on the codes

available at the centre panel.

3. Product quantity can be increased

by clicking on items code and

quantity button corresponding to it.

4. You can see the quantity, amount,

BV and other details at the bottom.

5. Total Amount will be shown in Log

Amount.

Apply Promotion

1. Available promotions/schemes

will be displayed on the screen

according to your product

selection and their total amount.

2. The blue dots on the left shows

promotion/scheme products,

while green dots shows the

products that you have selected.

Apply Gift Vouchers

1. Get available gift vouchers of distributor by

clicking on gift Voucher button.

2. Available gift vouchers will get reflected on

your screen.

3. Get gift voucher detail by double clicking on

available gift.

4. Add gift vouchers to the order by clicking on

“OK” button.

5. In case, the order is cancelled, gift vouchers

will be available to use.

6. Available only for self orders of Distributor.

7. Gift Voucher should be filled manually

online for Team Log/DCC.

Order Payments 1. The payment for the order can be made in 3 ways:

• Cash- In this case you can collect the order from the branch against cash only

• Credit/Debit Card- You have to pay online by filling your card & bank details. (Use credit

card only for your personal transactions)

• Bonus Payorder- Clicking on bonus pay order screen will be displayed. Where bonus pay

order number can be entered, verified and added in payment.

2. “Save” Order to save order.

3. New Registration order of 350BV cannot be cancelled.

Note: If orders not paid with-in 24 hrs will/may get cancelled without any notice, by

system itself.

History/Unpaid Order

1. You can check your paid/ unpaid

order history of last 2 months by

clicking on “My Account” button.

2. Order print option allows you to get

a report of your orders.
