Veteran Hardscape Giveaway
JRS Landscaping is celebrating 10 years in business. To show our
appreciation to the community, we are donating a hardscape
project to a nominated Veteran.
If you know a Veteran who could benefit from a new or updated
patio, walkway, or retaining wall, nominate them today!

JRS Landscaping’s Veteran Hardscape Giveaway Requirements/ Rules
How to Nominate:
No purchase necessary. To enter, compete the entry form. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or before July 4th. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of JRS Landscaping, LLC. They will not be responsible for lost, misdirected entries. Entries must be received by 5:00PM on July 4th, or they will not be accepted.
Giveaway Rules:
1. Applications will only be considered if they are complete and submitted on or before July 4th. Recipient will be announced in late July.
2. JRS Landscaping, LLC has the right to use all photographs, videos, and media in any way they choose and for any purpose.
3. You cannot be self-nominated. 4. Nominees must own and live in the residence that will receive the hardscape. 5. The giveaway is open to Centre County residents of age of majority. Identification must be produced
on request. Employees of JRS Landscaping, LLC and immediate family members are excluded from this giveaway.
6. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. 7. All decisions of JRS Landscaping, LLC are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry – no substitutions
will be available. 8. All materials sent (including photos and videos) will be retained and become the property of JRS
Landscaping and will not be returned to you. 9. In accepting the hardscape, the recipient acknowledges that JRS Landscaping may not be held liable
for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting the hardscape. 10. Recipients at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by JRS
Landscaping, LLC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete giveaway requirements.
11. JRS Landscaping, LLC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent materials or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any materials for any reason whatsoever.
12. The selected recipient will receive one hardscape project, replacement or new. 13. Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for hardscape repair will not be eligible. 14. All prices are non-transferrable.
