Flight Day Check-In Friday, May 31

• 9:30: Arrive at “The Parking Spot” to park cars and shuttle to ABIA (Free)

• 10:00AM: Arrive at Southwest ticket counter upstairs

• Wear Honor Flight Austin shirt and pack your second Honor Flight shirt for Saturday

• Bring Vet Center bag and one small carry on (Place ESGR luggage tag on your bag)

• No checked bags

Schedule for Friday, May 31

• Lunch will be provided at Austin airport

• Flight departure is 12:30 p.m.

• Arrive at Ronald Reagan airport at 4:40 p.m.

• Hilton for dinner

• Lights out

• Breakfast at 6:30–7:30 a.m.• WWII Memorial • Lincoln / Vietnam / Korean Memorial• Arlington Cemetery—Changing of the Guard• Marine Memorial

*Times and locations are subjected to change

Note: Time permitting, we may visit the Air Force and / or Navy Memorials

Saturday Continued• From Marine Memorial travel to airport• Arrive at airport approximately 3:30 p.m.• Dinner at Ronald Reagan airport• Flight departure is 5:25 p.m.• Arrive in Austin at 8:00 p.m.• Please inform Honor Flight Austin Members

SAFETY

• Each of you will be assigned a Guardian• Stay with your Guardians• Wheelchairs are provided for your safety

and for faster movement• We politely request that you utilize the

wheelchairs in the airport and at the memorials

• Marine Memorial: wheelchairs are mandatory
