History of the Group• Our parent company, Vertu Motors plc, were formed in December 2006

• We acquired Bristol Street Motors on 28 March 2007 of 34 dealers

• Further acquisitions were added with Blakes Motor Holdings and Grantham Motor Company in May and June 2007 and a further Ford dealer too

• These increased the number of locations to 43

• A period of consolidation followed as the Management Structure was grown to help manage the integration

• After surviving the Financial Crisis of 2008 the Group embarked on another acquisition spree starting in June 2009

• Through acquisition we have now grown to 126 sales outlets – March 2016 – and have become the 5th largest Motor Group in the UK

• We have become the largest Honda and Hyundai dealer group in the UK!

The Launch of Vertu Group Fleet (VGF)

● VGF are based in the Group Head Office in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

● We were formed in May 2007 to create incremental sales on behalf of our dealers where they would not normally get the chance to supply themselves

● We offer any of the Group’s 24 franchises for supply to any part of the UK mainland using professional drivers

● Today, we sell in excess of 10,000 vehicles on behalf of our dealers

The VGF Offer•We coordinate all enquiries, orders and deliveries from one Central Point

•This can be via outright purchase, funding options, service and maintenance plans and Affinity Schemes

•Depending on the franchise we can deliver to any part of the UK Mainland from 20 PDi Centres, as well as our local dealers

•We now have our own Preparation and Logistics Manager to make sure all of our PDi partners perform and deliver to our customers

•Our experienced Sales and Fleet Supply Team are ready to be of service to you!
