METHOD

Viña La Loma’s vineyards are found on a

north-facing hillside above the village of

Quintanilla de Arriba. The 12-year-old vines are grown on sand and clay soils with a

limestone bed. The wine has been aged in barrels for 11 months then in bottle for

three years before release.

TASTING NOTES

Structure and presence of serious Ribera del Duero but with an easy-going

character; subtle aromas of blackberries and raspberries with a hint of oak, soft

tannins and an earthy, spicy, long-lasting finish
