PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ISLAND FORMS - Carbon, Galvannealed and Stainless Steel Fabricated from 12ga. roll formed sections with 1-1/4” top bead and 1-1/4” bottom flange around entire island, including radius ends. Fully adjustable top and bottom braces, flanged ends, and alignment tabs permit fast accurate alignment and rigid placement during in-stallation. Forms are prime coated and supplied with plated hardware for durability. Standard heights are 9” and 13”. Standard radiuses are 6”, 12”, and Full Radius. Forms are shipped knocked down unless otherwise requested. Stainless Steel forms are Grade 304 ,and are shipped with PVC outer wrap for protection during installation. MPD ISLANDS - Carbon, Galvannealed and Stainless Steel MPD islands are available in 3 popular styles. They are fabricated from the same materials and contain the same features as the standard shaped islands, but provide the added protection required for expensive electronics dispensers. MPD forms are shipped in 3 pieces (1 center section and 2 ends) that quickly bolt together for a straight rigid form. As an added benefit, all RED-E-FORM® MPD island ends are braced to go around existing columns. DISPENSER MOUNTING BOXES Fabricated from 12ga. arc welded steel, all boxes are 7” high and prime coated and supplied with plated “U” bolt clamps. Small single and dual product boxes are available in standard and adjustable models. MPD boxes are precision fabricated with mounting holes located on flanges accessible from inside the box. “U” bolt clamps and stabilizer bar are fully adjustable for fast installation with any type of impact valve or containment system. Boxes are available in sizes and styles to accommodate dispensers from all of the major manufacturers. MANHOLES Square and round manholes are available in a wide variety of sizes. The boxes are fabricated from 12ga. steel and all joints are arc welded. Square manholes 30” and smaller have reinforced 1/4” diamond plate covers. Square manholes 36” and larger, and all round manholes have reinforced 3/8” or 1/2” diamond plate covers. Extra heavy duty lids, and lids with special access are available. PIPE GUARDS - Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Pipe guards are fabricated from one continous piece of Sch. 40 pipe, with 12” radius bends. Pipe available in Carbon Steel 3-1/2” OD or 4” OD painted with one coat of red chromate primer and Stainless Steel - 3-1/2” OD 180 Grit polished finish. Advantages over tube type guards include better appearance with no unsightly flat distortions in bends, no seams to rupture, and solid construction that will never rust out from the inside. BUMPER ENDS - Carbon, Galvannealed and Stainless Steel Raised bumper ends are designed to protect your valuable island equipment and are shop welded to any sytle of island end. They are fabricated from 12ga. carbon, galvannealed or stainless steel and are available in 12”, 18” and 24” heights, with or without a top bead. CURB FASCIA - Carbon, Galvannealed and Stainless Steel Fabricated from the same roll formed section as our islands, RED-E-FORM® curb fascia is custom made for each site. Corners and straight sections are fabricated to the required radius and length, and handicap ramps are provided at no extra charge. We also provide a piece marked sketch of complex installations for easy bolt together setup. TRENCH DRAINS Drain boxes are fabricated from 13ga. roll formed sections, and furnished with flanged joints and 3/8” plated nuts and bolts for fast on site assembly. Standard steel grates are fabricated from arc welded 1-1/8” x 3/16” A-36 bar. Heavy duty steel grates are reinforced with 3/16” x 1-1/2” bar welded to each bearing bar on the underside of the grate. Class 30 cast iron grates are 1-1/4” thick and will hold up under even the most demanding conditions. H20 rated plastic grating is available for special architectural applications and withstand even the harshest environments. Special ADA grates are available where foot traffic or bicycle and wheel chair traffic is anticipated. Each section is completely assembled and systems are shipped knocked down in 4’, 5’ & 6’ lengths. A complete selection of prefabricated accessories are also available to customize any installation. LEVELING DEVICES - (Optional) All forms can be equipped with leveling devices for secure placement before pouring. Leveling devices accommodate standard 5/8” rebar and provide a means to level and anchor the form to the subgrade.

WELDING We make no representation of surety of weld and the buyer by acceptance of this product assumes full responsibility for the adequate testing thereof, releasing Riverside Steel, Inc., and indemnifying and saving Riverside harmless from any and all claims arising out of the sale, purchase, handling, consumption, or other use of any welded products fabricated or sold by Riverside. We shall not be responsible for the suitability, fitness, correctness, adequacy, or completeness of design information furnished by the buyer or his representative. Our sole responsibility shall be to produce the product in accordance with the design information furnished by us. We make no representation whatsoever as to the fitness for any particular purpose of (1) the welds produced by Riverside and (2) the design of any product or component to be welded whether or not suggested by us. We may assist Buyer in the preparation of the product designs, but we grant no indemnity and make no representation or warranty with respect to possible patent infringement of patents covering the product designs or any other feature or use of the products made. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TERMS & CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions of sale shall be applicable to all sales made by Riverside Steel, Inc., except where it is otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Acceptance of delivery of any or all goods ordered by a purchaser shall constitute an agreement by the purchaser to these terms and conditions of sale. PRICES The prices quoted may be changed by us without notice in order to reflect our prices at times of shipment and any increase in trans-portation, labor or other costs. If a delivered price has been quoted, any changes in destination for spotting, switching, handling, stor-age, and other accessorial services and demurrages shall be borne by you, and any increase or decrease in transportation charges shall be added to the quoted price. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in specifications or prices. All prices are FOB fac-tory, Vienna, Ohio. TAXES Any taxes which under any existing or future law we may be required to pay or collect with respect to the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use, consumption or transportation of any of the goods or services covered shall, if not separately shown, be added as a separate item to the quoted price, and shall be paid by you to us on demand. The foregoing shall not apply to any taxes, the payment or collection of which by us is excused by reason of delivery to us of valid tax exemption certificates.

TERMS OF PAYMENT Unless otherwise expressly provided, payment shall be due 30 days from the date of each invoice, without discount. Any cash dis-count which may be expressly provided or applies only to the sale price of the goods at the shipping point, and does not apply to any charges made for taxes, storage, loading, or transportation. Interest shall be charged at the rate of 18 percent per annum on all past due accounts. Calculations of the cash discount period and/or net cash due date is from the date of Seller’s invoice and not from date material is delivered.

SUSPENSION OF PERFORMANCE If in our judgment reasonable doubt exists as to your financial responsibility, or if you are past due in payment of any amount owing to us, we reserve the right, without liability and without prejudice to any other remedies, to suspend performance, decline to ship, or stop any material in transit, until we receive payment of all amounts, whether or not due, owing to us, or adequate assurance of such payment. SHIPMENTS Unless otherwise expressly stated, shipment may be by carrier or other means selected by us. Title to any goods priced at shipping point shall pass to you upon delivery at such shipping point; title to any goods priced at destination shall pass to you upon delivery at the destination specified. CLAIMS If any goods received by you are damaged, or if the quantities received by you do not agree with the quantities indicated on the ship-ping documents, and if you intend to assert any claim against us on the account, you shall mark an exception on your receipt to the carriers and shall, within 15 days after receipt of such goods, furnish us detailed written information as to any damage or shortage. FIELD REWORK AND RETURNS All field rework or material returns must receive prior authorization by Riverside Steel. All returns require an RGA #. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Your exclusive remedy for breach of contract as to any goods, and our only liability for any such breach, shall be replacement or re-pair of such goods, or repayment to you of the purchase price paid by you for such goods, whichever such remedy we shall select, and if we elect to repay the purchase price of any goods and to advise you, you must return such goods to us immediately. In no event will we be liable for incidental or consequential damages. PATENT INFRINGEMENT If any of the goods are to be furnished to your specifications, you agree to indemnify us and our successors and assigns, against all liabilities and expenses resulting from any claim of infringement of any patent in connection with the production of such goods. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Any clause required to be included in a contract by any applicable law, or by any administrative regulations having the effect of law, is hereby incorporated herein. CANCELLATION A contract may be cancelled or modified only by written agreement between us. Your insistence upon canceling or suspending fabri-cation or shipment, or your failure to furnish specifications when required, may be treated by us as a breach on contract by you, and we may cancel any unshipped balance without prejudice to any other remedies we may have. ENTIRE AGREEMENT The terms set forth herein constitute the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and us. No other terms, conditions or understanding, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon us, unless hereafter made in writing and signed by our authorized repre-sentative. Upon acknowledgement of your order by us, the above supersedes all other terms and conditions of sale and warranties, expressed or implied.
