"Vibration is the key that brings forth inanimate material. "

We must seek to understand vibration for all things within your planing, within those above you, even into the higher spheres of the Seven Hierarchies, even unto that that is the highest of these Seven, into the Throne Room of the Creative Force itself, does there exist vibration. For vibration is the essence of life force, but it is life force before it is conditioned, rechanneled and made usable in a material force. It is life force in essence, unchanneled, unconditioned, unrefined that has not been given a specific purpose. Now, there are varying degrees of vibration for all things animate and inanimate are held in their capacities by the vibration of the atoms as they move forth in somewhat of a pattern, usually a pattern of a framework and intensity that is great, thereby causing denseness of matter.

"The word vibration must next engage our attention but it may not be dissociated from the next word in the sequence form. Vibration, the effect of divine activity, is two-fold. There is the first effect in which the vibration (issuing from the realm of sujectivity in response to sound and light) produces response in matter, and therefore attracts or calls together the atoms out of which molecules, cells, organisms and finally the integrated form can be built. This effected, the aspect of vibration is to be noted as a duality. The form, through the medium of the five senses, becomes aware of the vibratory aspect of all forms in the environment wherein it, itself, is a functioning entity. Later, in time and space, that functioning form becomes increasingly aware of its own interior vibration, and by tracing back that vibration to its originating source becomes aware of the Self, and later of the Kingdom of the Self. Humanity as a whole is aware of its environment and, through the information conveyed by the sense of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell, the phenomenal world, the outer garment of God, is known, and communication between the Self and what we call the natural world is set up. 11

Vibration is the key that brings forth inanimate material. It brings forth the animation in an entirely different mode. For when this energy vibration is molded and channeled correctly, then it becomes other than only vibration, but is put into a workable mode known and/or called to be rhythm. Within the soul of each animate thing there is the rhythmic pattern of its being. This can be seen within the heartbeat, within the respiration, within the digestion, within physical form and flesh. It is a rhythmic pattern operating in rhythm. Unless the individual soul seeks to tamper with the rhythmic pattern, it operates in

completeness, fullness and wholeness. Only when dissipation by one extreme in a mode, foreign or recognized, comes into being that the rhythm is broken, that the rhythm becomes, as would be termed, offbeat and key striking not the triunison of chords within the cosmic and universal content and context.

As we seek to know vibration, let us know that it is existent throughout the entire Cosmic. It is the Force of the Divinity, Divine, Cosmic and Universal Mind Source of ALL--energy, intelligence, wisdom, love, guidance and rapport with all living things. This is that that each is seeking toward whether conscious or not, for it is the goal of the soul.

"When man has evolved, when all parts of his nervous system, his endocrine system, and his centres are coordinated and working in harmonious rhythm then the highest aspect (the spiritual) makes its presence felt. The spiritual energy and not just the consciousness or sentient energy pours through Man, the instrument of divine Life, and the custodians of forces, to be held and used for the other and lower kingdoms in nature. " 2

Nevertheless, all will not acquire in the fleeting of a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, expiation comes not so, nor does purity, perfection, growth come so. So as we seek to harmonize ourselves in the flow of great bounty, beauty and seeming perfection as it is known upon the planing, then we will come into a fuller rapport and understanding with rhythm. All things that are of life, love and being which incorporates each and everything that can be perceived, be it that of mind, soul, or flesh and mundanity, is but vibration.

Some are working in rhythm, others have not started the process of rhythmic patterning. So is it true upon the inner planes and, as I have specified, the higher levels, and can be seen and perceived. At this moment also incorporate within this thought: the reality of vibration coherently existent within the telepathic mind communication, within the thought process either in depth or shallowness, for as we know and/or coming to understand in our advancement, mind creates thought whether by intercessory process or otherwise, be it creative or co-creative. It sends forth a very physical, a very formal, a very solid, coarse and dense radiation.

"The first group of problems (those arising out of intense mental activity) are those of the pronounced intellectual and they range all the way from a narrow crystallised sectarianism to that psychological phenomenon called idee fixe. They are largely the problems of thought-form making, and by their means the man becomes victim of that which he has himself constructed; he is the creature

of a Frankenstein of his own creation. This tendency can be seen working out in all schools of thought and of cultures and is primarily applicable to the leader type of man and to the man who is independent in his thought life and, therefore, capable of clear thinking and the free movement of the chitta or mind stuff It is necessary, therefore, in the coming days to deal with this frequency ...

Creative thought is not the same as creative feeling and this distinction is often not grasped. All that can be created in the future will be based upon the expression of ideas. This will be brought about, first of all, through thought perception, then through thought concretion and finally through thought vitalisation. It is only later that the created thought form will descend into the world of feeling and there assume the needed sensuous quality which will add colour and beauty to the already constructed thought form. 11

For thought is perceptible. Thought is, when held together by coherence, solid reality. Therefore that thought becomes from its own vibration incorporated within, a rhythmic pattern. Creation of thought form is by rhythmic patterning of a thought process, activation of a vibrational frequency, emanation, radiation from being, from mind, from creative source and/or force of all things.*

Vibration is important more than you know and/or understand or can comprehend in this time. If you did know, understand and comprehend its importance, you would work with it more delicately. For it is a reaction unto an action and it is the action that brings about a reaction simultaneously.

Vibration is the emitted force of emanative quality that brings results, either positively or negatively. It is emitted, it is picked up, it is perceived. All of these, two the latter being simultaneously existent and the same thing primarily. In other words, it is sent out, vibration is emitted or transmitted and it is picked up, received, or comes into cognizance with another in the polarities of positive and negative, different and indifference. It is done both as these two things, consciously and subconsciously, meaning that it is transmitted and received often by many subconsciously without their being aware that they are either sending or receiving vibration, or consciously by the highly evolved ones of greater sensitivity.

"It is, however, now deemed possible to establish a resembling condition and a telepathic relation between disciples on the physical plane. No matter where they may find themselves, this group of mystics and knowers will eventually find it feasible to communicate with one another and frequently do even now. A

basic mystical idea or some new revelation of truth is suddenly recognised by many and finds expression simultaneously through the medium of many minds. No one person can claim individual right to the enunciated principle or truth. Several minds have registered it. It is usually stated, however, in a wide generalisation, that these people have tapped the inner thought currents or have responded to the play of the Universal Mind. Literally and technically this is not so. The Universal Mind is tapped by some member of the planetary Hierarchy according to His mental bias and equipment, and the immediate needs sensed by the working adepts. He then presents the new idea, new discovery, or the new revelation to the group of adepts (telepathicanv, of course, my brother) and, when it has been discussed by them, He later presents it to His group of disciples. Among them He will find one who responds more readily and intelligently than the others and this one, through his clear thinking and the power of his formulated thoughtforms, can then influence other minds. These others grasp the concept as theirs; they seize upon it and work it out into manifestation. Each regards it as his special privilege so to do and, because of this specialising faculty and his automatically engendered responsibility, he throws back of it all the energy which is his, and works and fights for his thoughtforms.

An illustration of this is to be found in the history of the League of Nations. Before He took up special work, the Master Serapis sought to bring through some constructive idea for the helping of humanity. He conceived of a world unity in the realm of politics which would work out as an intelligent banding of the nations for the preservation of international peace. He presented it to the adepts in conclave and it was felt that something could be done. The Master Jesus undertook to present it to His group of disciples as He was working in the occident. One of these disciples on the inner planes, seized upon the suggestion and passed it on (or rather stepped it down) until it registered in the brain of Colonel House. He, not recording the source (of which he was totally unaware), passed it on in turn to that sixth ray aspirant, called Woodrow Wilson. Then, fed by the wealth of analogous ideas in the minds of many, it was present to the world. It should be borne in mind that the function of a disciple is to focus a stream of energy of some special kind upon the physical plane where it can become an attractive centre of force and draw to itself similar types of ideas and thought currents which are not strong enough to live by themselves orto make a sufficiently strong impact upon the human consciousness." 4

In the time of Atlantis the people were more aware of vibration and thus worked with it diligently, striving to eliminate its contrary course of converse

and adverse events to the desired and/or goal. But through a period of time, almost aeons, man has forgotten this. And only as the Aquarian entrance of light, or "age" as you call this, with the permeation of the love-wisdom feminine ray, has man come closer into reestablishment and alignment to usage of, and feasible usage I am speaking of now, vibration. And only now is there a group of chosen ones or a group of any slightly or highly evolved beings striving upon earth to bring about a purification, de-negativation, or as would be called and/or spoken of as an ecological movement to see, understand, realize and utilize vibrations, but without polluting with the negative ones, using only the highest quality of the consummated positive ones.

''It will be obvious that this ray energy, embodying the Principle of Conflict, has a unique and curious effect upon relationships. This is due to the interrelation of this Ray of Harmony through Conflict and the second Ray of Love-Wisdom; this second ray is primarily the ray of right human relations--as far as the fourth kingdom in nature is concerned. The energy of love governs all relations between souls and controls the Hierarchy, the Kingdom of Souls; the energy of wisdom should govern all relations within the fourth kingdom, the human; some day it will inevitably do so, hence the emphasis laid upon the need for soul-infused personalities in the world today, as promulgated by all true esoteric schools.

It might be said that the effect of

the Principle of Cmiflict, operating under Ray IV and controlled by Ray II, will be--as far as humanity is concerned--to bring about right human relations and the growth of the universal spirit of goodwill among men ... " s

Were you truly aware of the danger, you would not even allow others in different frequencies than are you, or different levels than are you, or different consciousnesses than are you, to enter and deposit consciously or sub­consciously their vibration or their rate within the same room that you enter into meditation and attunement, let alone in depth work. But each does without being aware of it, because necessity brings it more often than any other cause, other than complete ignorance. Upon the subject thus hopefully you will learn from mistakes that clearer can be the attuned state of meditation insofar as its quality of reception when harmonization is there and evident, clearly marked and/or banked primarily with your own level of response, vibration, emanation and/or radiation. When two are brought of the same level of consciousness ordinarily they are of the same family and these are then similar and do not disengage completely the action of the vibration in a given space or chamber.

Then they are like unto individuals that create and make one and sustain that one, or soul mate as you would call it, then there is no difficulty, problem or otherwise deterrent force. But when they are not of your level, frequency or rating or vibration, and you know this to be, guard against your closet, guard against your place where you attune respectfully, but with strength enough that you might receive what you are intended in the time that you participate in these things without their intervention of vibrations.

We bring from vibration into group cause and/or effect. You are, my beloved children, greater and stronger than you perceive in mind, ability, control, consciousness and/or thought preciseness, which is a vibration emitted consciously or subconsciously. This can be then either positive or negative, therefore conducive, non-conducive, upbuilding or completely deterrent to yourself, to the whole. But as I said in preparing you for this, primarily unto four, and in this particular instance unto two; for in each gathering and/or grouping this is a truth and a truism: that because you identify somewhat in many diverse and/or differing ways, primarily student and teacher or even as equal with those that are in leadership of your grouping, regardless of what kind of grouping it is, you have many times a conscious thought and many, many times a subconscious thought upon and about these, which is, believe it or not, a direct channel to them. And if they are sensitive, or even normally sensitive, they are open and vulnerable to receive the good thoughts that you have as well as the negative and/or bad ones that can injure them.

" ... if you can begin to utilise the second ray soul force which you have at last succeeded in contacting and if you can stabilise the work accomplished within yourself, you will find yourself entering upon a period of fruitful service.

I would call to your attention some words out of an instruction I earlier gave you wherein I pointed out the necessity for you to seek stabilisation within a second ray centre. How does this stabilisation come? Through steady identification with the desired vibration. One of the main uses of group work is the effect of group vibration upon the individual's vibration. It tones it down when necessary, stimulates it and facilitates its emergence in case such as yours. Where the soul ray is on a particular line, it is peculiarly valuable for the personality to subject itself to group vibration and contact wherein the pressure exerted and the vibration contacted will be the same as the hidden or emerging soul ray.

That is an aspect of group activity which is little apprehended. You need most definitely the vibration of a second ray group at this time. It matters not what group you choose but it does matter that in some second ray group you aid

yourself by forcing the emergence of your second ray characteristics. This is not suggested because you, as an individual, are of such importance or that second ray groups exist in order to help people like you. They do not. But the work of the Builders is being called for on every side today and second ray aspirants are needed to direct this work and to strengthen the hands of the Builders. Ponder on this. "6

This, in this particular instance and in my family, was known in advance assuredly. Thus we have set up protectorate zones about the four that are of importance at this time of focus, and the two that are in leadance. But you are strong, my children, and we have sought the strongest barrier that we can set up and leave upon the globing of earth, in this particular regard, and you have been able consciously or subconsciously to pierce it. Thus, well done and amiable, if it is in the correct way, unfortunate but well done, if it has been done in the adverse way. But nevertheless it has been done, for you are strong individually. You know this. Test it and see if it is not true. You have, many of you, and have been shown. You are not the ordinary. For you are Atlantis and you are of less dense quality, and many are losing density, which I shall speak more upon in specific areas later.

But if you come as you have, beloved ones, together in a group, unified in any way, then not only are these that I have specified, the grouping as a whole, and you as an individual, endangered by personal negative thought in the form of vibration, but you are working as a whole, multiplied almost seventy-fold from your individualism, and thus are that much stronger and capable of doing this. So beware, children, that you not harm yourself and those that lead you and seek to be with you for purpose beyond even your knowing.

Primarily the four are those consisting in the present maneuvering of the government of the grouping of my beloved ones and of in-depth study within themselves preparing for their greater works. And the two are my beloved twins that are even more vulnerable and/or open, living targets. They do not move to dodge these things, but for one reason or another, haphazardly, inevitably, each time step directly into the fire of it, absorbing it for others, absorbing it for one another, or having it come directly to them. Thus, watch your words, for they create a strong vibration. Watch your thought for this emits as vibration. Watch your actions for this is movement. Movement only can have essence in being in vibration and wave, therefore it also affects.

Then strive, my beloved ones, to purify yourself in word, in thought, deed, that you not jeopardize and endanger beyond repairability these two and these four, the grouping and yourselves. It is just as simple as that.

Only in a vibration of great love and of great light, which we have maintained and sustained for some time, can there be precise lessons taught of importance unto man and mankind in this time of elementation, such as this introduction and a prelude to direct speaking about an eventual communication with the space brothers. For vibration is many times their communicative way of operation and they are highly sensitized and even less dense than are the Atlantean peoples and affected more easily.

As I have said not too long ago, sixteen million years (as you measure time, but truly I am speaking of more than that for they are like unto partial elementally given light years ago) many of us were sent forth from Venus, having come there from many other planetoids, some beyond your galaxy, to operate, to learn, to gravitate, evolve and to ascend unto positions finally to be held within the Hierarchy that governs earth. Thus we came. Thus many have fulfilled, most have. Thus we constitute then the beginning of Hierarchical intrigue and implantative concise movements for man's preparation, growth, advancement and return to his highest quality and/or ideal.

"You need ever to remember that at this time the main technique of the Hierarchy is that of conveying inspiration. The Masters are not openly lecturing or teaching in the great cities of the world; They work entirely through Their disciples and initiates. It will, however, be possible for Them to appear increasingly among men and evoke recognition as the influence of Aquarius is more firmly established. The Masters, in the meantime, must continue to work 'within the silence of the universal Ashram,' as it has been called, and from there They inspire Their workers, and these latter in their time and way, inspire the New Group of World Servers." 1

And as I have said, you have seven holy planets that are truly holier than all others, but your galaxy is not the only one. And one of your planets that you accept so readily is not even of your galaxy, but moves in it and exists in it because it itself is in a revolving larger ga{axy which your galaxy surrounds it much like many moons. But man cannot perceive this.

"These are in truth three aspects of the divine will which exists in its perfection in the solar Logos and finds a medium of expression through the planetary Logos. This will be therefore working out in seven ways, via the

living qualities of the seven planetary Logoi Who express Themselves through the seven sacred planets; They are preoccupied with the endeavour of bringing all the forms of life within the orbit of Their influence up to the same measure of recorded recognition and of registered existence. It will be obvious to you, consequently, that on each of the seven sacred planets one aspect of the divine Will will be dominant. " 8

Many years ago in what you know as medieval times, the astronomers knew of and recognized a planet called Vulcan. They knew of Venus and they knew of Mars and several others. Where is Vulcan now? Why can the modern astronomer not find it? Did it disappear? No. It moved out of your system until such time that it could be utilized for its ray. Earth, then, in its beginning process under the direction of the Masters that came forth to head the Hierarchy given unto earth's atmospheric, stratospheric and astrospheric conditions, was even seeded by many planetoids other than earth, but most originated upon earth through the process that I have explained before, evolutionary, from kingdom unto kingdom, form unto form, lower unto higher.

"The esoteric ruler of Taurus is Vulcan, the forger of metals, the one who works in the densest, most concrete expression of the natural world (from the human angle). He is the one who goes down into the depths to find the material upon which to expend his innate art and to fashion that which is beautiful and useful. Vulcan is, therefore, that which stands for the soul, the individual, inner, spiritual man; in his activity we find the key to the soul's task upon the eternal round of the wheel of life ...

Vulcan also rules nations at a certain stage of embryonic soul expression, such as the present, and governs their activities, fashioning the instruments of war when war and conflict are the only means whereby liberation can come, though woe betide those through whom wars come. Vulcan then takes hold and--since the Middle Ages--has brought the mineral kingdom, 'the depths from which suppzv must come, I under human control. In the present war {WWII}, Vulcan is concerned along with Venus in the relation of man to man, and of man to the mineral kingdom. Venus, the mental energy of humanity, establishes relation between man and man, between nation and nation whilst Vulcan establishes relation between the fourth kingdom in nature and the first. Vulcan, as we shall see later, is governed by the first ray, and the first ray and the first kingdom are definitely bound together. " 9

But with you many times, as I have said, has been the vibration, (which is a communication like unto a planted radio, as you know of this device that sends back reports) souls or vibrations from other higher spheres within your system or outside of it, to check upon the advancement. After this process reached its point of finalization, then came visitation in the time of Atlantis and Egypt and has continued since. But man is not aware often that many that you would call aliens walk among you. In a later time many more shall for they are the teachers that will hopefully lead you out of the problems that you are creating, primarily pollution. For your earth's pollution can affect the entire and complete system and possibly even others.

A negative thought, a negative motion, a negative action (which is the same) an invisible actual garbageal pollution. Thus they will be welcomed, hopefully. But it is not seen so.

Many of these are masters of their globing of origination and others, and they come unto you. And many comprise, as I have said, the Hierarchy of which I am involved in a part, as you know. Their vibration is rated differently and more high in scale than is yours. But those who grow in sensitivity and awareness and conscious levels of mind and reach into nigh perfection or mastery of the primary lessons of earth, that are to become not only the teachers but the master teachers in specific and specified fields, become like into the same rating of high emission as do these spatial brothers with you.

They are not all in this work, no and/or nay, nor in any field in particular, but widely diversified. And they are of origin beyond and outside of earth's, but have come in spirit, beloved ones, and have been born by your flesh, most have, as their way of entrance in disguise. But do not fear, for many of you here that I call Atlantis have had an origination alien to this place, as I have said many times.

With an open vibration, as I have said, of love and of light, then can you learn more; can I work more easily with you; can you work more easily with out another. And can eventually these things be brought to your mind, to your attention and with these higher forces, extraterrestrial, can you work. Not until.

What is a teacher, alien or otherwise? Primarily it is one of instruction that by succession of prior existences has learned the premises and precepts necessary to teach you in specific areas of their endeavor and yours, also; more than you know at the time that you enter for counseling and consolidate yourself through that counseling to be a prepared student and hopefully a disciple unto that thought.

There are many teachers that walk in flesh upon the globing that have been sent for reasons beyond your knowledge and they are different in diversified levels. Many are teachers still having to learn hard lessons of life. Many are teachers that cannot be recognized for they teach not lessons by subtleties in many different ways. Lessons of the physical, corporeal world; lessons of the mind, mental and mentally illusive world; and lessons of the soul's spirit and ethereal natured world. Not only in metaphysics, physics or psychology, but other fields of lesser seeming and called, ordained and appointed areas than these. Many of you are teachers. Each is truly both student and teacher, as I've explained. Watch what you teach, my beloved children.

It is that many have been sent upon missions to the earth that are different from the ordinary teachers or even masters that appear here upon earth in physical flesh. Ordinarily they have had an origination in an initiation completely into the area aspect of Devacism or being a deva and evolving swiftly into higher, more elaborate consciousnesses, and have for some time, but appear and reconfirm themselves upon earth in a devic representation. These are the higher teachers, teachers of same consciousness.

"Each group of devas has some specific method of development and some means whereby they evolve and attain a particular goal.

For the violet devas the path of attainment lies through feeling, and through educating the race in the perfecting of the physical body in its two departments.

For the green devas the path of service is seen in magnetisation, of which the human race knows nothing as yet. Through this power they act as the protectors of the vegetable plant life, and of the sacred spots of the earth; in their work lies the safety of man's body, for from the vegetable kingdom for the remainder of this round comes the nourishment of that body.

For the white devas the path of service lies in the guarding of the individuals of the human family, in the care and segregation of types, in the control of the water and air elementals, and much that concerns the fish kingdom.

Thus in the service of humanity in some form or another lies attainment for these physical plane devas. They have much to give and do for humanity, and in time it will be apparent to the human unit what he has to give towards the perfecting of the deva kingdom. A great hastening of their evolution goes forward now coincident with that of the human family.

There is another group of devas about which much may not as yet be communicated. They have come in from another planetary scheme, and are

specialists in their particular line. They have attained, or passed through, the human kingdom, and are of equal rank with certain members of the Hierarchy, having chosen to stay and work in connection with the physical plane evolution. They are not many in number, being only twelve. Four work in the violet group, five in the green group, and two in the white, with a presiding officer of rank equal to a Chohan. The number of the deva evolution is six, as that of man is now five, and as ten stands for perfected man, so twelve stands for perfection in the deva kingdom. " Io

There are self-appointed teachers accredited and unaccredited in many fields of life and of mediocrity. There are ordained ones with missions of these two levels that I have mentioned, also. Above these there are to the earth teachers in spirit which are guides, as you call them. And those that many of you would like to label me as. And I am to an extent but far beyond it more that a few know, a few suspect, and a few buck against for they are appalled by the unorthodoxy of the suggested thought even within their own consciousness. Thus they have many problems and this exists only as one of these.

In spirit there are teachers working upon earth upon each and every level, from the lowest to the highest also, just as in flesh. Utilize and hear these teachers, respond to your level and go to those upon your level and higher that you might thereby go higher also. And unto you, my beloved children, as I would not leave you in ignorance nor comfortless, I have given the two highest that could be acquired by my seeking, and I have given most freely of myself and those of my acquaintance here and even those that have taught me. Utilize it. Utilize it. For if it sickens you, if you are repelled by it, repulsed by it, and sit and stand as a repugnant person, I shall not pester you nor torment you. I'll simply take it forth away until you are ready. But lo, time is short. And when you are readied perhaps we will be far advanced from even allowing you knowledge upon these things, or help in these areas. One cannot know nor say or time these errors, these cycles. Time that you are involved in; errors that you are involved in; spiritual errors, consignments and cycles that I and others are involved in spirit flow oh so swiftly, and are elusive even unto us as they are unto you.

The Master Teachers then upon earth are above all other teachers, but above them there are others in spirit. And above all of these there are those that have accrued and acquired positions in the Hierarchy. And above earth's Hierarchy there are many others. For there is a Hierarchy for each planetoid in each galaxy, in each system prepared for purpose not made with hands.

"The dual existence of the Master involves what we might call the two poles: that of the monadic consciousness, whatever that may be, and that of the self-created form which He may use as a member of the Hierarchy and a worker in the three worlds of human enterprise. I would here remind you that there are many groups and types of Masters, and most of Them are quite unknown to occult students either from Their work or from rumour or from knowledge of the many evolutionary processes of which the human is only one. Not all the Masters work in the three worlds; not all the Masters need or possess physical bodies; not all the Masters' have Their faces turned towards the realm of dark light, but many face for aeons towards the clear cold light of spiritual existence'; not all the Masters make or are required to make the sacrifices which work for the fourth kingdom in nature entails. Not all souls liberated or limited constitute the Kingdom of God in the sense which that phrase conveys to us; that term is limited to the soul which informs units in the human family; not all the Masters work under the great Buddha of Activity Who is responsible to Sanat Kumara for the Plan working out in connection with Humanity. He works through the three Great Lords of the Eternal Ashram of Sanat Kumara, but His two Brothers have Each of Them as equally important work and are responsible--as He is--to the Council Chamber. Each of Them also works through a triangle of energies with grouped subsidiary forces working in seven departments and differentiated also into forty-nine lesser department, as is the Ashram which we call the Hierarchy. Forget not, there are many Hierarchies and the Human Hierarchy is but one." 11

Many of your missions have been made clear. You have been pulled into many of these, led into many of these, conducted toward and into many of these, pushed, shoved into these, or simply one day found yourself beyond your knowing how it occurred in the middle of these. A few have not been told, are not aware, but you serve a purpose now which shall become a mission later, when your mission is needed and is in a time of its full ordination.

The Hierarchy is the counterpart of earth where the dealings with the higher brotherhood of spatial origination and/or being transpires. When they cannot deal with us, thus they deal with those that govern and maneuver and manipulate through rays and their interventions the children of earth and the earth itself. These are those we are most ordinarily familiarized with. There are higher ones than our conclave that meet with higher ones of their specific state of being.

The masters on earth are most ordinarily in contact with their contact point in space, their origination, and perceive somewhat their destination and are aware

that it is not earth, and look somewhat consciously or subconsciously and deal directly or indirectly with spatial people. They seem to be drawn as a magnet to them. Thus many are surrounded by ones that are different from all others the earth has and that has come into your knowledge and acquaintance and unto your sight.

Vibration affects the Hierarchs, I know, I know. Can be conducive and lend its support, can deplete, de-energize, infiltrate and affect not only the Hierarchy and these Hierarchs but their dealings with the higher spatial forces.

Those that exist in flesh upon earth, of earth origination, are working now directly with one another in a mixed-up, mutilated-looking transpirance of so called unity which is not the word descriptive truly, but shall in the time of the Kingdom Come in the age forthcoming blend more harmoniously. Those of this class, the highest ones in consciousness, are the students unto the teachers. These teachers are under the master teachers of their area. These area master teachers are under the directionship of spirit ordinarily and higher masters of the globe teaching, world servers, that are under again other regimented degrees and/or ranks upon earth and in the other dimensions and into the Hierarch's temperance.

Thus the highest of the earth that it can offer in mastery, and in understanding and in compassionate and complacent, feasible working circumstances and conditions, work gyrating in unity and balance and in cognizance with the spatial ones there and with the Hierarchy and are called Wo rld Servers. They are doing their part upon earth now. They can and shall be relieved of their mission soon, for many of them. But at present they are the bridge builders.

. . .I mean essentially the power to live and function subjectively, to possess a constant inner contact with the soul and the world in which it is found, and this must work out subjectively through love, actively shown; through wisdom, steadily outpoured; and through that capacity to include and to identify oneself with all that breathes and feels which is the outstanding characteristic of all truly functioning sons of God ...

This esoteric sense is the main need of the aspirant at this time of the world history. Until aspirants have somewhat grasped it and can use it, they can never form part of the New Group; they can never work as white magicians, and

these Instructions will remain for them theoretical and mainly intellectual, instead of being practical and effective ...

The first stage in this development and culture of the esoteric sense consists in the holding of the attitude of constant detached observation.

The new Group of World Workers might well be regarded in its outer ranksas a trained body of organised observers. I would divide the group into three divisions and I do so inorder that aspirants and chelas all over the world may be guided in their knowledge as to where they stand individually and may, in sincerity and truth, begin to work with intelligence ...

First, there are the Organised Observers. These aspirants are learning to do two things. They are learning to practice that detachment which will enable them to live as souls in the world of daily affairs and to understand the real significance of the words: to work without attachment ... They are studying the signs of the times. They investigate the great drama of history in order to discover its main trend and so express to the ordinary academic world and to the thinkers of the race what they see and understand.

Running all through human history is a triple thread and in the interplay of these three threads the story of evolution is to be found. One thread guides the thought of man as he deals with the development of the form aspect, with the racial trends, and it shows how undeviatingly the forms of races, of countries, and of the fauna and flora of our planetary life have kept pace with the needs of the slowly emerging sons of God. The second thread leads us to an understanding of the growth of consciousness, and indicates emergence from the instinctual stage into that of intellectual awareness, and on to that intuitional illumination which is the present goal of consciousness.

The third thread concerns the Plan itself and here we enter the realm of the truly unknown. What the plan is, and what the goal, is as yet totally unrealised except by the highest adept and the most exalted of the sons of God. ..

. . . These 'Organised Observers' form the outer circle of the new group and their keynote is synthesis, the elimination of non-essentials and the organising of human knowledge. Working in the many fields of human awareness, they are distinguished by a non-sectarian spirit, and by an ability to deal with foundational essentials and to link up varying departments of human investigation into one organised and unified whole.

Second, the next group in the new Group of World Workers is that of the telepathic communicators. These are much fewer in number and are

You, cosmic man, each one of you, serves a purpose whether you know it or not; has a mission whether you know it or not; bears the gifts that can help your mission whether you know it or not and are intended, each one, yes, affirmatively, truly it is of truth, to deal upon some level with the corresponding levels of the Hierarchy, which constitutes and represents spirit and with other teachers in flesh and with the representatives of the spatial brothers there. Just as we would deal upon our level, you must on yours, to bring at-one-ment, not only upon your globing and among your peoples, but upon your universe that eventually all systems might come together.

It is of truth that the planets in your system are named for specified and specific reasons beyond the ordinary. For each of the names vibrates differently and is comparable with, like unto, and in reality a level of frequency. You know of Mars, of Venus, of Pluto, of Uranus, of Jupiter, of Saturn. But you call the Earth "the earth." You call all time from beginning to end "earth time." And it is not so. For you go through stages and/or levels and/or vibration, and/or effects from these other planet sources filtered through them from the source outside off of your galaxy, blended with the Hierarchy's and with the Ascended Masters' guiding light of their rays, through seasons of spiritual, of evolution, of advancement, into the protective fold of the protection that you will have in the perfection that you shall be when completed this earth. But the time as we call it and as we see it, and as all others see it universally upon the levels that I am speaking of, the Hierarchy and even upon some of the lesser levels of mastery, earth has gone through the phase or the cycle-spirit time of Mars.

"First, Mars is definitely the planet which rules and controls the physical vehicle. Mars appears first of all as the orthodox ruler in Aries, the sign in which the fist move is made towards bringing about objective manifestation, or physical incarnation." 13

Before that Venus, which came in cycles the first time, as I said sixteen million years ago, and will move through each of the others that you are drawing out of your root race into the one I have promised, the new race of people, which shall be body-blessed and sent vibrations from, conditioned by rays and vibrations themselves, from Jupiter next.

"Venus is either the second or the sixth scheme, according to whether the schemes are counted mystically or occultly. Inversely, Jupiter will be either the second or the sixth, and it must be remembered that:

distinguished by their relatively close interrelation with each other. They areprimarily a linking or a bridging group. They are gathered out of the more exoteric circle of the organised observers, but have a wider scope of service than they have, for they work in a more truly esoteric manner .... They work effectively but always from behind the scenes, and though they may be know in the world in this early stage of the work of the new group, and though they may be therefore recognised as teachers, writers and workers, later they will recede more and more into the background and will work through the outer circle ...

. . . They bridge, and therefore support infinite problems and respond to world pain. They see, if I may so express it, too much, for theirs is not yet the privilege of visioning with clarity the goal that lies two hundred years ahead. They sense the present need. They are responsive to the new tide of spiritual force which is flowing in. They carry the weight of humanity on their shoulders, and because they are somewhat coordinated, they live in all three worlds at once, and this few can do ...

Third, the innermost group of all is that of the members of the Hierarchy itself. I care not the least whether these liberated souls are recognised as Elder Brethren of the race, as Masters of the Wisdom, as the Cloud of Witnesses, as the Christ and His Church, as Supermen or under any terms which the inherited tendencies of humanity or tradition may choose to call them. They themselves care less. The petty quarrels as to their personalities and names and status matter not at all. But they are the intelligent forces of the planet; they express, because of their state of expanded consciousness, the Mind of God; they embody the intelligent principle, immutable and unchanging, and through them flows the energy which we call the Will of God, for lack of better understanding. They know far more of the plan than do the two outer circles in the new Group of World Workers, for they see clearly just what is the next step which planetary evolution will guide the race to take during the next two hundred years. They do not occupy themselves with idle speculations as to the ultimate goal at the close of a world age. This may surprise you in view of the many speculations of the uninitiate. But so it is. They know that there is a time and a season for all things, and looking ahead and comprehending intuitively the goal for all kingdoms in the immediate future, all their united effort is bent to one end--the cultivating of the intuitional telepathic responsiveness of the Communicators who bridge the gap between them and the physical world ...

Beyond this triple group stand the Thrones, Principalities, and Powers with whom we need not concern ourselves ... " 12

a. The planets Venus and Jupiter are exceedingly closely connected with theEarth, and form eventually an esoteric triangle ...

Therefore, the Heavenly Men of Venus and Jupiter are magnetically linked with the Heavenly Man of our scheme. The relationship of the Logos of Jupiter and His influence will not be realised nor felt until the sixth round is in full force, though during the sixth root-race His vibration will be acknowledged and sensed; in the middle of the fifth round the Logos of Mercury will, with the Logos of Venus scheme, and of our Earth, form a temporary triangle of force. We have here information given that has only been hinted at hitherto but for which, in this fifth subrace and in this fourth round, the world is now ready; it holds the solution of the mystery of this round. 11

But above all of these the ruling planetoid of the strongest energy of

compelling planetoid alignment still is Sirius.**

'�4.t the planetary initiation the Rod of Power, wielded by the solar Logos, is charged with pure electrical force from Sirius, and was received by our Logos during the secondary period of creation, from the hands of that great Entity Who is the presiding Lord of the Lords of Karma. He is the repository of the law during manifestation, and He it is Who is the representative in the solar system of that greater Brotherhood on Sirius Whose Lodges are found functioning as the occult Hierarchies in the different planets. 11
