Definitions
Vicious Cycle of Chaos and Disorder: A cycle of negative
emotions and actions that breeds chaos in our homes
Vortex: Any activity, or state of affairs, situation, that
resembles a whirl or eddy in its rush, absorbing effect,
irresistible and catastrophic power
We will learn…
To uncover the cyclic nature of negative conditions in our
homes.
Identify possible vortexes in our lives that may contribute to the vicious cycle of chaos
and disorder.
How to create a shift of energy at home.
Vortexes
• Vortexes in nature range from dust-devils to
tornados and hurricanes.
• A negative vortex may be seen in the physical
condition of your home when it is chaotic and
cluttered.
You feel the negative energy as it projects and
reacts .
This produces more negative energy, and the vicious cycle has begun.
Vicious Cycle
•We call this the Vicious Cycle of Chaos and
Disorder. • This confusion within your environment causes you to have a constant influence
of negativity.
Vicious Cycle
Over time, you begin to have feelings of guilt, judgment, poor self-esteem, shame, and
hopelessness.
Negative Energy
You function daily within this vortex, making
important decisions.
This is why many of your decisions can bring you failure.
You have absorbed the energy of your
environment and acted in the same
manner.
Manifestations
Living in this environment hides
the truth of who your are.You begin to accept
the environment as a further confirmation of
your dwindling self-esteem.
Manifestations
It becomes harder to be organized,
accomplish tasks and work efficiently.
Manifestations
Children growing up in this kind of
environment are influenced by it and often copy the same pattern of chaos and
disorder.
Beliefs• “I don't care.”
• “I can't even make a dent in this mess.”
• “I'm keeping people from ever coming through my front door.”
• “I'm not worth it.”
Generational Systems
Definitions• Family System - current or
extended family that you are connected with
• Generational System - The way the family systems impact the individual
• Depression Era Mentality - The attitude passed from the 1930's of deprivation and scarcity
Learn how your life has been shaped by your Generational System.
Reverse generations of behavioral patterns that don’t serve you in the
present.
Things to Ponder
Which habits did your grandparents have that might have influenced your parents?
Which habits of your mother, father, or guardian influenced
you in your childhood environment?
Things to Ponder
Which habits of your parents or guardian do you think
influenced the way that you take care of your physical
environment today?
Which habits of your grandparents/parents/guardian have you passed down
to your children?
Our family history makes
a deeper impression on
us than we realize.
Many of our thoughts, beliefs,
behaviors and emotions can
be easily traced to our
parents, grandparents
and ancestors.
Learn to handle
negative thoughts, beliefs,
behaviors and
emotions associate
d with your
Generational
Systems.
Beliefs
We often retain the beliefs that we learn
in childhood through our family and generational
systems.
These beliefs can be positive and beneficial or negative and detrimental.
Beliefs
These beliefs often
operate in the
background and go
unnoticed; we are “hard-
wired” with these
beliefs.
Generational System You may find
yourself in situations
and circumstance
s that are similar to
those of your mother and
father. If you talk with
them about it, you will probably
discover that similar
situations and
circumstances were in
your grandparents
’ lives as well.
Generational System
Until you understand and handle your own
personal Generational System you won’t break the chain of events that keep occurring for you
and your family.
Negative Generational Systems
Negative beliefs and behaviors attract
negative conditions and situations.
Unconsciously operating from a place of lack
and difficulty in life, will attract more of the
same.
Negative Beliefs“You are so
slow!”“You are messy!”“Why can’t you
understand this?”
“You better work hard or you
will never get anywhere.”
“You better behave
yourself.”“What were you
thinking?”
Negative BeliefsEach of these
statements carry an implied message.
“You are not good enough.”
“You are not smart.”“Life is always hard.”“You won’t succeed.”
“You are not beautiful.”
“You have limited value.”
Depression Era Mentality
For many of us our Generation Systems are influenced by the Great
Depression.
Feelings of scarcity run rampant within our homes even after years and
years of prosperity.
Depression Era Mentality
These feelings carry over from our grandparents or parents who lived
through it and experienced great
sacrifice and suffering.
Depression Era Mentality
These Generation Systems may be the root cause of behaviors that block
your happiness and success such as:“I need to hang onto these things in
case of an emergency.” “We can’t afford to……….”
“Eat everything on your plate.”“Don’t get rid of that, its perfectly
good.”“We need more food in the house.”
When we come from a place of lack and scarcity
we have a tendency to cling to possessions,
which inevitably leads to clutter.
Remember that the clutter takes up your space and
prevents you from experiencing a shift in
energy.
ScarcityA feeling of scarcity also drives us to
take on more activities and tasks than are
necessary. When we live in
fear of lack of money and success we
tend to clutter our minds
with numerous
details as we chase after
financial freedom.
Abundance
We will learn how to live in
abundance through our Radiating Points and
through cleaning and clearing out.
Positive Beliefs
Positive beliefs can be established at any time in
life. We are not only able to teach
our children, but we can also neutralize any negative belief
systems we have from our own childhood.
We can help others neutralize negative systems as well.
This can be accomplished when we remember our own value, and the value of others while living our lives with our Radiating Points.
Positive Beliefs“Please wash your bowl so that we can
keep the house
beautiful.”“Lets find a
way to afford that.”
“We have the time for
this.”“We have
exactly what we want and
need.”“Our house is
one of order, joy and beauty.”
