To Whom It May Concern,

I have known Victor Davis since November of 1998 when I was hired as a Customer Support

Representative for the document management software owned by PC DOCS/Fulcrum in Tallahassee,

Florida. After my initial training, I was eventually placed in a support team under his management where

he was instrumental in guiding me through the early stages of my career in the Information Technology

industry. I can honestly state that I would not be where I am today without Victor being my manager in

those early days of my IT career. I’m now a Technical Consultant with OpenText Corporation supporting

and implementing their portfolio of software products including the latest versions of the same

document management software we were supporting back in the late ‘90s at PC DOCS/Fulcrum and

eventually with Hummingbird LTD. Even though Victor moved on to a consulting role in the Federal

sector in Washington, D.C., we have remained friends and stayed in contact with each as much as our

careers will allow.

Knowing Victor for as long as I have, I can attest to his enthusiasm, integrity and reliability when it

comes to the work at hand. Even under pressure, he has a very even-tempered demeanor; and, as a

team player, he elevates the “game” of everyone around him to perform at their best.
