VICTÓRIAThe Victória planers are pneumatic, compact and lights. They

are available in the version pivoted-pantographic from 5 to 13 rows.They have great versatility, agility and excellent cost vs benefits, aiming to serve since the small to medium farms.

The transmission is mechanical and of easy access to the shifting gear, with the option of activating the rows by chain or shaft. It is composed by a set of gears that provides a quick change without the use of tools.

The Victória can be equipped with SHS (Stara Hydraulic System) for the activation of the turbine. The system is composed by one independent oil tank with capacity for 30 liters and it has the function of activating the turbine from the pneumatic system.

The Stara’s cutting edge technology can also equip the line of Victória planters, with the Topper 4500.

ChassisFertilizer tank

Welded structure that ensures more resistance and durability for the planter to work in several kind of terrains.

Tipper tank, practical, of easy leaning and maintenance, produced in polyethylene, with a design that helps in the fertilizer’s flow. Its capacity can vary from 690 to 1,500kg of fertilizers, according with the model.

Seeds tankFor the distribution of fertilizers it is used the system Fertisystem with endless screw and spinning axle, which ensures uniformity in the distribution of fertilizers.

Victória 2250The Victória line serves the needs of all farmers, bringing technology even for small farms.

Assembled in the machine’s chassis with activation made through tractor or SHS (Stara Hydraulic System).

Turbine

The Victória CS with suspended box, allows the increase of seeds up to 75 liters by row, incresing the profitability of work and accelerating the refilling and decrrease the weight in the rows.

Topper 4500

The Topper 4500 is a controller with DGPS and autopilot, equipped in the Victória. Planting with economy and profitability are ensured. (optional item).

MPS (Stara Planting Monitor)

The MPS can be installed in the Victória planters for a precise monitoring of summer grains, able to connect up to 36 sensors. The MPS can be integrated directly in the console Topper 4500 or even with the Flex MPS, both for counting and sampling of seeds applied per hectare and density of seeds per meter.

Topper Maps V4

Stara offers Topper Maps software at no cost to farmers. It allows work traceability to be viewed, stating the hectares planted, work speed, dose of seeds/fertilizers, altitude map and also the interpolation of data.

Fertilizers rowsThe cutting disc, besides the springs that generate the pressure that will attack the soil, it has two more adjustment options in the disc support, making the cut of the straw efficient and providing a better utilization of the fertilizer.Available in the sizes 18” and 20” smooth, 18” wavy and 18” turbo.

Furrower shank with disarm/arm

Automatic disarm/arm system that protects the planter andthe tractor against abrupt impacts and discard the safety pin exchange.Can be assembled only with disc of 18”.

Furrower shank

Furrower adjustment that allows a different angle of soil attack, requiring les power from the tractor. The furrower shank is made with a special material with 10mm thick that provides less soil revolving. The furrower has as optional the depth limiters that allows the adjustment of depth of soil attack.

É equipado com um organizador de cinco hastes que realiza a separação de sementes e elimina a possibilidade de sementes duplas. O organizador não necessita de ajustes ou regulagens, independente do tamanho das sementes.

O DPS posssui um sistema de câmara de vácuo menor que os dosadores convencionais, bem como uma vedação de alta eficiência. Isto proporciona total aproveitamento do vácuo para sucção das sementes. Esta eficiência possibilita à semente aderir com mais firmeza ao disco de distribuição, evitando falhas por trepidações e garantindo maior precisão e agilidade no plantio. A otimização e aproveitamento total do vácuo na dosagem das sementes exige menos potência da turbina e, consequentemente, menos consumo do combustível do trator. Discos convencionais

O sistema DPS planta sementes de qualquer formato e tamanho, não havendo a necessidade de regulagem.

O sistema DPS é dotado de um sensor inovador que identifica o fluxo de sementes, garantindo uma leitura precisa, já que identifica a massa da semente à ser plantada. O sensor é imune a resíduos e está posicionado no final do tubo de sementes, identificando uma possível falha no momento exato em que a semente encontra o solo. O sensor está conectado ao Topper 5500, o que permite visualizar em tempo real o fluxo de semente por linha e por metro, bem como eventuais entupimentos.

A distribuição de sementes na Absoluta é através do DPS (Distribuição Precisa Stara), sistema pneumático que possibilita um plantio preciso e eficaz.
