Select a carrier.In the dropdown, select a plan.
*Notice some plans are PINS, others are RTR or Topups.Selecting an RTR or Topup will cause additional fields to appear.
Once you have filled out the additional fields, then click “EXPRESS CHECKOUT”.
*To enhance the product image, click on it and it will become larger.

Some carriers have multiple categories of products. These “PIN” and “RTR” tabs allow you to toggle between the products in each group.
Click on the LOGO OF THE CARRIER to go to the “advanced checkout” where you will be able to add multiple items to your cart.
Select the “Wireless” or “Long Distance” icon.

Example: PIN productSelect a product and fill out the fields that are presented. Ex: QTYThen, you may either “Add to Cart” or “Express Checkout”.
Example: RTR productFor a “closed-range” RTR with a set value, you will have to enter a phone number. For an “open-range” RTR product, you will have to enter a phone number and a dollar amount in the given range.Then, you may either “Add to Cart” or “Express Checkout”.

If you decided to “add to cart”, the cart will automatically drop down showing that there is now an item in it.
You may click on the “x” to get rid of an item one-by-one from your cart.
You may add multiples of the same product by increasing the number in the quantity field.
“Clear Cart” will get rid of all of the items in the cart at once.
“Checkout” will take you to the receipt page and checkout all of the items in your cart.
Clicking this arrow will hide the cart.

To select a carrier, click on theActivation button over top of it.

Select the “Activation” icon.

To select the product, click “Next”.
You will now be redirected to the carrier’s portal which you chose.
Click anywhere on the row that corresponds to the product that you are looking for to open it.

Before you can “Activate Now”, you have to enter the “Device Info”.For SIM Number, you must click:“Please click here for SIM validation” to validate the SIM.
Examples of possible error messages for incorrectly entered SIM numbers.
To try again, click on “Re-enter SIM” or “x” out of the error message and try again.

If the SIM number is valid, underneath will say “Valid SIM” and the other fields will show.
Fill out the required fields and click ”Activate Now” to activate.
You may also “Port-in an existing number”. By checking the box next to port-in, the fields will show.

Select an existing credit cardto edit or Add New.
Click “Submit” to submit changes.
Select “Edit Billing Profile”.
Select the “My Account” dropdown.

Select an amount that you want to deposit.* You Cannot deposit an amount if you do not have an active credit card on file. You will have to return to “Edit Billing Profile” to add or edit a credit card.
Each Reload amount will have a corresponding fee.
Select “Refill My Account”.
Select the “My Account” dropdown.

Select “My Rates”.
Use the tabs to view your rates for various categories.
