THE VIDEO PRODUCTION MANAGER is responsible for shooting, editing and uploading original videos; scheduling, budgeting and directing video projects; maintaining creative and technical standards for video programming; and hiring and managing freelance videographers and video editors as needed. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, and digital compression techniques.
Plans, organizes and executes multimedia projects. Meets with clients to understand needs, determine specifications and coordinate planning. Strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and creative teams.
The Producer will receive all quote requests submitted through Active Collab and will connect directly with the Creative Director to discuss next steps and strategic approach. Any related content and/or infographic projects should be handled by this position.
