ORDERING INFORMATION:

TERMS: Net 30 days: F.O.B. Los Angeles, California UPON APPROVED CREDIT.

All invoices past due will have a service charge of 1% per month. Discounts will be void if an invoice is overdue. Any deduction must have a credit memo issued.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHORTAGES: Please inspect all shipments carefully. Any claims for lost or damaged product must be directed to delivering carrier. Discovery of shortage due to packing errors must be reported in writing within10 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY AND CLAIMS: Dream Seeker reserves the right to approve returns due to manufacturing defects, late shipment or other legitimate reasons. All returns must be authorized in advance by Dream Seeker. In order to return products, all accounts must request authorization to return merchandise to Dream Seeker within 30 days of the invoice date. If approved, Dream Seeker will send authorization shipping stickers which must accompany product returned. Collect shipmentsof returned product will not be allowed, and freight must be prepaid by dealer.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of an order must be in writing and received by Dream Seeker 80 days prior to shiping date.
