Thai Binh Coal Fired Power Plant
Turbine of Thai Binh 2 thermo power plant will be put into commercial operation in 2013 and the second one in 2014

Van ThongCoal Based power project
Under this BOT (build, operate, transfer) power project, a supercritical coal-fired power plant with a generation capacity of 1,320 megawatts (two 660-megawatt boiler turbine generator units) will be built to supply electricity to "Electricity of Vietnam" (EVN) over a period of 25 years, using coal imported from Australia and other countries as fuel.
