2015 sees robust development of Vietnam’s tourism sector

VIETNAM TRAVEL NEWSQ1-2015
• The Nhat Tan-Noi Bai International
Airport highway has opened on January 4,
2015 to shorten travel time between the
capital city and the airport from 50
minutes to 25 minutes.
• Vietnam’s most modern expressway, Ho Chi Minh City –
Long Thanh – Dau Giay, opened the last portion to traffic on
08 Feb 15. It now takes only 3.5 hours driving from Ho Chi
Minh City to Mui Ne.
DESTINATION UPDATENew infrastructure
• Tourists from HCMC to Mui Ne, Phan Thiet will now have another
option: seaplane by Hai Au Aviation's commercial flight which first
landed on January 3th 2015 at Bau Trang resort in Binh Thuan.
• Phan Thiet Airport will be built in the
central province of Binh Thuan for both
civil and military purposes and is expected
to shorten travel time for passengers from
HCM City, Ha Noi, Da Nang and Nha Trang

• The first 5 Star Express SE3/4 Train from North to South launched
on 28 Jan 15. Travellers can now enjoy a high level of comfort and
international service.
• Vietnam trains to offer free Wi-Fi access
from late January 2015 on the SE1, SE2,
SE3, and SE4 trains on the railway that
connects Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

has been completed on April 5th 2015.
• The Prestige Hotel, 4* in Ha Noi, will
