GUILDQUALITY AND THE REMODELING 550

We appreciate your taking the Remodeling 550 survey. Your data will help all of us get a better sense of the state of our industry.

All Remodeling 550 applicants are also eligible to apply for the Remodeling 550 Service Excellence Distinction, powered by GuildQuality, at no cost. For those companies selected for the Remodeling 550, we will showcase your commitment to customer service by displaying the Service Excellence Distinction seal alongside your name. In order to participate, you will be contacted by a member of the GuildQuality team to submit customer information for all of your 2015 projects. Based on your annual volume, a sample of these customers will be surveyed by GuildQuality via phone, email or mail card.

(If you are currently a GuildQuality member, you will be able to use current customer data in your GuildQuality account and they will not re-survey any of your customers.)

All survey results will be shared with you in real time and will only be visible to your company. Only aggregate results in percentages will be used to determine the top companies and shared with Remodeling. In order to receive the Service Excellence Distinction, you must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or greater and a response rate of 50% to 70%, depending on your volume. A complete list of qualifications will be provided to you upon receipt of your application. Remodeling and GuildQuality will review the results to determine who will receive this distinction and Remodeling will publish the winners.
