We are applying for funding for the DWP ESF programme in Cheshire and Warrington, Lancashire, Cumbria, and Coventry and Warwickshire, and we are seeking Expressions of Interest from prospective voluntary, private and public sector organisations who would like to work with us in one or more of these areas. Programme Overview

For each of the areas identified above, the programme is voluntary and seeks to reduce the number of people who are not in employment, or who are economically inactive, by delivering a package of support to enable participants to enter sustainable employment. The programme will last for 3 years, with the first expected engagement being in November 2016. Participants will engage on the programme for a maximum of 52 weeks, and to be eligible must be unemployed or inactive and fall into one or more of the following categories:

Long term Unemployed or Inactive (26 weeks or longer) Basic Skills need Have more than one barrier to employment. Barriers may include:

o A lone parent; o An older worker (50+); o An ex offender; o Caring Responsibilities (including those returning to employment when caring

responsibilities end); o Have physical disability or health condition, including Sensory Impairments; o Mental Health or Learning Disability o Drug/Alcohol dependency; o An ethnic minority; o Have low or no qualifications; o Language barrier (English not first language, etc.)

Payment

The payment terms for this contract to our end to end suppliers will reflect our own payment terms from the DWP. These are based upon a 25% service fee (split equally across the first 24 months of the contract) with 40% of the contract value being allocated to short job outcomes (paid on a per short job basis) and 35% of the contract value being allocated to sustained job outcomes (again paid on a per sustained job basis). These payments will be subject to a Standguide management fee – percentage to be confirmed.

This document is to be completed by all organisations interested in working with Standguide Limited as a delivery partner. If you have previously completed an Expression of Interest for other tenders, we would ask that you still complete this tender specific Expression of Interest.

Completion of this document does not infer any contractual agreement between Standguide Limited and your organisation, but rather will help us to assess your organisation’s ability to work with us as a subcontractor or partner.
