2. Appointment GuidelinesQuestion Answer

How will I know when my booking has been approved?

All appointment bookings are automatically approved. Once you submit a request, an email notification will be sent to your university email account confirming the appointment.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

This will depend on who you are booking an appointment with. Local areas can release appointments up to 90 days in advance; however, they may only allow bookings up to 2 weeks in advance.

What is the minimum notice to book an appointment?

This will depend on the timeslots available; however, the system will allow you to submit a request up to half an hour prior to the start time of an appointment.

How much notice do I have to give to change an appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can do so up to one hour before the appointment start time.

Why can’t I reschedule my appointment? When rescheduling an appointment you will not be able to select the same date and time as the original appointment. If you wish to select the same date and time, you must cancel the original appointment and create a new request.

Will I receive an email reminder for my appointment?

An email reminder notification will be sent to your University student Gmail account 24 hours prior to the appointment start date.
