Job Title: International/UK Account Manager B2B

Location: Witney/London

Direct Reports: None Reports to: International/UK Sales Manager B2B Job Purpose: The role will support the B2B Sales Manager in optimising sales within

established accounts within the region and in the setting up and growth of new business.

New business: Attend relevant trade shows as necessary. Create and deliver business plan for designated personal accounts. Make effective cold approaches to prospective partners Competent presentation of new ranges, range plans and supporting

materials to customers in line with critical path and securing sales budgets.

Positive Relationships with all partners: Act as a brand ambassador. Coordinate agreed number of partner visits – in their region and in the UK. Effective, efficient and regular communication with all key partners on sales

performance, forecasts, order processing.

Manage accounts effectively: Monitor and drive sales performance of all accounts within designated region. Ensure order commitment and forecasting are accurate and completed in

line with critical path. Drive regular repeat business. Coordinate delivery of appropriate product information, support materials

and information to enhance partner performance. Ensure implementation of key marketing activities/initiatives within region. Drive sell out initiatives aligned to brand proposition Partner compliance of brand guidelines.

Other: Internally present designated account financial reviews, strategy and

business plans. Share information and initiatives with rest of sales team where all markets

will benefit. Manage projects as necessary to improve sales, service and streamline

processesRelationships: (Who are the Internal and External contacts)
