in addition to the new Acc campus phase i that is now open, a new Wal-Mart supercenter is under construction approximately ½ mile to the east. this 150,000 sf. ft. store, to open in 2014, will employ 300+ associates, and will be at the corner of U.s. hwy. 290 at saratoga Farms Blvd.

the property is within the city limits of elgin and in travis county.

Aquawater supply corporation will supply water and the city of elgin will provide wastewater service. there is a 12” sewer line just north of the tract with an easement providing direct access to the sewer line. TYPES OF REAL ESTATE LICENSE HOLDERS: A BROKER is responsible for all brokerage ac�vi�es, including acts performed by sales agents sponsored by the broker.A SALES AGENT must be sponsored by a broker and works with clients on behalf of the broker.

A LICENSE HOLDER CAN REPRESENT A PARTY IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION:

AS AGENT FOR OWNER (SELLER/LANDLORD): The broker becomes the property owner's agent through an agreement with the owner, usually in a wri�en lis�ng to sell or property management agreement.
