General Information

• All openings in the wall behind the ovenor in the floor under the oven should besealed.

• Keep oven area clear and free fromcombustible materials, gasoline and otherflammable vapors.

• Turn off power and disconnect theelectrical supply prior to servicing orcleaning.

• When removing the oven for service, turnoff power, disconnect AC power supplyand carefully remove the appliance bypulling forward.

• Electrical requirements are listed in theproduct specifications under the electricalrequirements section.

• DO NOT remove protective packaginguntil you are ready to perform theinstallation.

• DO NOT remove the protective wrappingfrom the product control panel until theproduct is installed.

Connect green wire from oven to the supply cableground wire inside the junction box. Connect black andred wires from oven to matching color wires from supply

cable in junction box.

Installation Procedure

Site PreparationNOTE: It is recommended that a thoroughsite inspection be conducted PRIOR tounpacking and moving this appliance.

* Refer to the Use & Care Manual forproperly removing the door.

• Confirm available access to adequatepower – see electrical requirements.

• It is recommended that 3/4" or largermaterial be utilized to create a supportplatform for this appliance.

• BE SURE that support for this appliance isperpendicular to the front facing of thewall or cabinet before you perform theinstallation.

• All openings in the wall behind the ovenor in the floor under the oven should besealed.

• Keep oven area clear and free fromcombustible materials, gasoline and otherflammable vapors.

Open the oven door and attach the oven to the front ofthe cabinet with 4 screws.

Open the oven door. Pass the trim kit over the doortowards the front of the cabinet.

Insert oven into the cabinet opening. Push the oven in and against the cabinet until the lateralholders of the oven touch the front of the cabinet. Avoid

pinching the conduit between the oven and the wall. Be surethe oven is placed at the center of the opening.

Feed the flexible cable conduit from the oven throughthe opening in the cabinet.

Remove the junction box cover.

Junction box

1. The interior of the oven should be washedthoroughly with hot, soapy water toremove film residues and installationdebris before being used for foodpreparation, then rinsed and wiped dry.Solutions stronger than soapy water arerarely needed.

2. Some stainless steel parts may have aplastic protective wrap, which must beremoved. All stainless steel body partsshould be washed with hot soapy waterand with liquid cleaner designed for thismaterial. If build-up occurs, do not usesteel wool, abrasive cloths, cleaners orpowders! If it is necessary to scrapestainless steel to remove encrustedmaterials, soak with hot, wet cloths toloosen the material, then use a wood ornylon scraper. Do not use a metal knife,spatula, or any other metal tool to scrapestainless steel!! Scratches are almostimpossible to remove.

Service & PartsOnly authorized replacement parts may beused in performing service on the appliance.Do not repair or replace any part of theappliance unless specifically recommendedin the manual. All other servicing should bereferred to a qualified technician.
