VEGGIE FAJITASIngredients

instructionsIn a large frying pan over medium heat, sauté olive oil and garlic for 2 minutes, then stir in the green and yellow bell peppers for 2 minutes. Stir in the onions, wait two minutes and add the mushrooms and green onions to the frying pan. Season the vegetables with lemon pepper to taste and stir well. THEME WEEK: back to the future!

Remember about simpler times, when midterms weren’t right around the corner and you knew there would be a warm dinner waiting for you when you got home from school? Everyone had their special memories of when they were a child, what were yours? Take a chance this week to keep in touch with your parents and reminisce about the good ol’ days, with arts and crafts or even prom. Also, come test yourself and try to pick out pictures of your CA when they were younger – Sunday, May 16th at 7:30pm in the Community Center. Yet another exciting event happening is our Milk & Cookies & White Elephant Exchange on Saturday, May 22nd at 4pm in the Community Center. Come on down for some good childhood favorite treats and a fun gift!

THIS WEEK’S

Tips for

Success

Feel like your life is just flying by, controlled by exams, homework, and to-do lists? Have you gotten so busy that you’ve forgotten to find the joy in life? Here are some tips for reconnecting with your inner child:

• Create – make something new, perhaps with paint, play dough, or mud• Nap – the world will still be here waiting for you when you wake up• Play – a game or sport with friends, play with a pet – there’s no one to

tell you when to stop playing!• Take up childhood hobbies – dig out those old pogs or action figures,

perhaps play some Nintendo or light bright• Dream – about something fun you’d like to do, what it would be like to

be Batman or fly a kite on the beach (which you could actually do :) )…let your imagination take you for a ride

• 2 teaspoons olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 2 green bell peppers, sliced • 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced • 1/2 onion, sliced • 1 cup mushroom, sliced • 3 green onions, chopped

• lemon pepper • flour tortilla • cheddar cheese • lettuce • tomato • sour cream
