THEME WEEK: finals study support!
Studying for finals can be stressful, but time management and a proper diet can help keep the brain flowing. Take time to sleep and plan for small study breaks to keep yourself from getting burnt out too fast. Also, take the time to eat foods that will help your brain power. Foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids are great brain food because they keep your
brain and blood vessels free from blockages and allow your nerve cells to function at a high level. These brain foods can help keep you alert: salmon, nuts, grains, bananas, avocados, cheese, chicken, and oatmeal. Good luck with finals!
