Traffic IssuesTraffic IssuesTraffic signal is being installed by Orange County at the corner of Woodbury Road and Waterford Lakes Blvd. It will be operable prior to the end of the calendar year. The project will not be completed until the end of 2008 at the earliest.
Woodbury Road meets the County level of service standards with the project. There was confusion as a result of outdated information included in the staff report and the Developer’s Traffic Analysis regarding the capacity of Woodbury at a previous BCC meeting. This information has since been updated and corrected.
Project results in a deficiency on roadways being impacted. Applicant has agreed to pay its Proportionate Share which totals $377,019, in accordance with Orange County regulations.
