Easy installation The PerfectFold™ installation system combined with

the attached soundproofing underlay make for faster and more easy installation.

Just fold it down into place and you’ll be done in no time.

Sound reduction The combination of the vinyl top layer and the

SoundBloc™ layer attached underneath all Pergo floors provides improved sound-

proofing properties.

Wear protection The surface of Pergo vinyl offers a multi-layer

protective floor finish. The wear layer has an additional layer of polyurethane (PUR)

providing scratch resistance and cleanability.

Impact resistance Pergo’s vinyl surface is multi-layer build-up. In

combination with the dense core material it gives the floor a very high impact resist-

ance and a low residual indentation, protecting your floor from potential damage.

Fire resistance Pergo vinyl floors have a natural high resistance

to fire. They are designed to meet all European requirements for installation in

escape routes and assembly halls.

Antistatic Pergo vinyl floors have antistatic properties throughout the life

of the floor. Unpleasant electrostatic charges are reduced and the floor fulfils the

antistatic classification according to EN 14041.

Water resistance* Our Moisture Resistance System combines

the properties of the core with a strong and tight click joint. This will give Pergo

vinyl floors some of the best moisture-resistance properties on the market.

Easy maintenance The Pergo vinyl floor with its PUR layer is

resistant to dirt and offers you low maintenance and effortless cleaning. The solid

design of the click joints also keeps dirt from penetrating the joint.

Castor chair The multi-layer build-up of Pergo vinyl in combination with

the properties of the core are designed to withstand indentations from castor chairs.

Cleaning kitArt. Nr. 45280

The cleaning kit includes:

MOP SET with extra long ergonomical handle, 1.6 m and a mop holder with

unique Velcro fastener for the Mop Cloth.

MOP CLOTH, high quality mop cloth of microfi bre. Specially developed for

dry or damp mopping (also sold separately, item 45285).

Laminate and wood fl oor cleanerArt. Nr. 45290 (1 litre)

Laminate and Wood Floor Cleaner is specially developed for cleaning vinyl,

laminate and wooden fl ooring. Ideal for removing dirt, spots of grease and

heel marks.

For daily cleaning this product gives optimal results. Can also be used with

cleaning machines.

The installation kit consists of a box containing: Tapping block, installation spac-

ers in 2 sizes (2 x 24 = 48 pcs) and a pull bar. The Tapping block is used to get the

panels together and fi ts all laminate / vinyl fl oorings. The installation spacers are

used to ensure the right distance between the planks and the wall. The pull bar

is used to get the last panels together, on both short and long side.

Ensure that an effective doormat is placed at the

entrance. The abrasive grains of sand might damage

the surface. We recommend the use of feet of plastic or

stainless steel which does not collect dirt or similar. Office

chairs with wheels should be equipped with soft wheels.

Replace damp cleaning with dry cleaning methods.

This provides environmental and economic benefits.

Pergo Vinyl Tiles and Planks do not need any installation

preparation. Coverage is not allowed to be taped down.

Regular cleaning / maintenance

The need for cleaning will vary in different environments.

Dry cleaning

This is done with a dry Pergo microfiber mop or with

a vacuum cleaner.

Damp mopping

Damp mop the floor when needed. Use Pergo Laminate

and Wood Floor Cleaner and Pergo microfiber mop.

Damp the microfiber mop with warm water and Pergo

Laminate and Wood Floor Cleaner. The microfiber mop

reduces consumption of water and chemicals.

Periodic maintenance / Post installation cleaning

Remove loose dust, and dirt by sweeping, vacuuming

or mopping. Clean the floor with Pergo Laminate and

Wood Floor Cleaner and the Pergo microfiber mop.

Do not work with larger areas than 15–20 m2 at a time.

Rinse floor thoroughly with water and dry mop the floor

with a cloth.

Removal of stubborn stains and, or rubber markings

To remove stubborn stains or markings from flooring

use Pergo Laminate and Wood Floor Cleaner and a

clean mop, towel or scratch free white pad. Use Pergo

Laminate and Wood Floor Cleaner (undiluted) on the

stain and let it act for a few minutes. After removing the

stain by wiping it away clean with water to remove the

solution. Stains should be removed immediately from

flooring due to the fact that some stains set with time

and are difficult if not impossible to remove.

Pergo fulfils all environmental and quality requirements.

The finished floor product is assembled, cut to size and

packaged at our Swedish Pergo factory, which is fully

certified to ISO 9001/14001 – i.e. with certified systems

for quality and environmental management.

Like all Pergo floors, our vinyl floor products are very

easy to care for and will last a long time if properly main-

tained, translating into a low environmental impact over

the floor’s lifetime.
