Maintenance Operations- improved plant effectiveness (including machine utilization) from 51% to 69% and machine efficiency from 60% to 72%- maximized machine uptime to 98.5% through effective preventive and predictive maintenance, with breakdown coming

down from 3.2% to 1.8% of total machine running time- reduced cost of maintenance by 12% through major overhaul of old machines- brought down scrap of major raw materials – Cu came down from 6% to 2%; PVC came down from 16% to 7.5%
