Nefertiti and her husband were known for a religious revolution, in which they worshiped one god only, Aten, or the sun disc.
• No one else believed the religion. • Disappeared shortly after her husbands other wife, kiya, had began to be too
much of a rival. Kiya was disgraced and then Akhenaten got one or two new co-regents and many believe that they were his son and Nefertiti in disguise.

• Born: 69 BC (Month: October)• Died: August 12, 30 BC• Cleopatra was the last pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. She was a member of the Ptolemaic
dynasty, a family of Greek origin that ruled Egypt after Alexander the Great's death during the Hellenistic period.
• In 48 BC, Julius Caesar arrived in Egypt. Cleopatra snuck back into the palace hidden inside a rolled up carpet. She met with Caesar and convinced him to help her win back the throne. Caesar defeated Ptolemy's army at the Battle of Nile. Ptolemy drowned in the Nile River and Cleopatra became the sole ruler of Egypt.
• She fell in love with Julius Caesar and had a kid. Though she loved him, she wanted to keep Egypt free of Rome's power. She built up the economy, establishing trade with other Arab countries.
• romantically involved with both Mark Anthony and Julius Caesar.• She used Antony to get better land and materials for Egypt. He had an affair with her
and that made his wife mad so her brother declared war against Cleopatra and they won. Antony took his own life so Cleopatra was captured and killed herself.
