With increasing stressful work enviorment, continuing to care for your employees, for their well being so there are physically, mentally and emotionally stronger is vitally important. Our Holistic Wellness session includes mainly three elements of health and we like to call it – BMW

Breathing is the reason we are alive (Deep Breathing gives 6 times more oxygen to your blood which in turn develops high energy levels)

Movement is how to keep ourselves going ( Human body has been made to move and not stay stagnant. Surveys mention more than 70 % adults lead a sedentary lifestyle leading to numerous medical issues)

More than half our body is made of water (90% of diseases will never impact you if you hydrate your body with the right amount of water)

Through an immersive session the guests will get to participate in physical and mental exercises, showing them the importance of each of the elements – BMW

The First Strike Challenge

Activity Summary:"The only constant is change". First Strike put teams in an environment of change, where the member's reaction and response will determine the team's performance.A set of numbers will be shown on the screen placed in a circle. Teams will be challenged to annotate all the numbers one by one in a ascending sequence by following a specific set of rules which will make this more challenging. In order to complete this challenge teams will go through different rounds with a change introduced in every round.

Virtual Chain Reaction Challenge

Activity Summary:The Virtual team gathered to make a Rube Goldberg style machine consisting of a series of almost connected devices made of ordinary household items. Before the event, participants received a previous reading and list of items to collect from around the house. At the same time, participants join the activity through online conferencing tools and watch inspirational training videos to get their creative ideas flowing.The team discusses how each item can be used and develops an overall plan. Individuals begin to make their simple machines. They test and retest adjustments, chat with others in the team to find possible innovative options or constructive solutions. Then, it's time to connect the tool with more fun creative ideas. Finally, when everyone is ready, the first tool is fired, then the next until it reaches the last machine!

Activity Summary:This is a fascinating movie making challenge that gets every single team member in the team engaged and contributing, we turn the team into full production unit even in the virtual scenario.
