I am an Analysis Engineer, currently working with Geometric Limited with the CAE team. My current role
involves FE modelling and analysis of industrial products. I am seeking an opportunity to develop my career

Non Linear Bolted Joint Analysis of ATAAC Lines (WIP) – FE model is prepared for LMT ATAAC Line
and bolted joint analysis is performed to check the strength of clamps holding the tubes. Also to
thermal effect on the bolts and clamps are analysed.
Non Linear Bolted Joint Analysis of Air Cooler Filter Assembly – Bolted joint FE model was prepared
and analysis was performed to check the strength of the bolts by applying the calculated pretension
load. A detailed report was prepared to show the failure bolts and suitable design changes were
suggested.
LMT Roller Assembly Analysis - The assembly was modelling using hexagonal elements and failure
analysis was performed for the specified pressure. Total of nine models were analysed and a detailed
report was prepared to show the difference in each model.
Sprocket Bolted Joint Analysis and Failure Analysis – Complete FE Modelling of sprocket assembly
using Hexagonal elements. Bolted joint and G load was applied to the assembly to analyse the root
cause for field failure.
G Load and Model Analysis of Radiator Assembly – Complete FE modelling of two different (Baseline
and Concept) Radiator assemblies. Model Analysis was preformed to check the stiffness of the
assemblies and G load was applied to check the strength of the assembly. A comparative report was
made analysing both the assemblies.
Frequency Analysis of TTT Fender Assembly – FE modelling of track type tractor fender assembly and
to perform model analysis to check model integrity and stiffness of the assembly.
TTT Hood Assembly – FE Modelling and deck preparation of a track type tractor hood assembly
VST Cab – FE model of complete CAB was built to perform the VST (Virtual Shake Table test) analysis.
Cab – FE model for CAB was built to perform the structural analysis.
