Manipulate natural process (longshore drift, wave action) to create a exciting, stimulating coastal landscape in West Hove

Harness the tidal energy to power the proposal: zero carbon scheme

Design a 21st century promenade for West Hove. A 24 hour linear space that respond to the progressive nature of Brighton and Hove

Create meaningful connections between the promenade and the industrial site to the west and permeability between the beach and urban grid to the north

Rationalise the fragmented recreational amenities that sit to the north of the promenade, to create a dynamic destination for heath and well being
