EUROVITI, founded in 1992, is a strongly established company in Italy with his historical headquarter in Cazzago San Martino

and it has expanded its position in foreign markets with an office in France (Euroviti France at Annecy Le Vieux) and one in

Moscow (Russia).

Thanks to a team of highly qualified engineers, Euroviti establishes its development policy on three major points:

Our goals can be summarized as follow:

Our production capacity is between Ø 18mm and Ø 400mm for a

total length of 9mt.

This capacity allow us to cover a wide range of inquiries coming from

manufacturers and end users.In depends of the plastic materials

processed Euroviti is enable to offer different combination of steel to

increase life terms of screws and barrels.

feeding bush, and the relative hopper support.

variable pitch.The three section,

compression and metering phases all differ. The

characteristics change depending on the

effect required - low compression, increased mixing

or stronger flight in the feed section.

Euroviti, thanks to its highly qualified staff and 3D

design, is able to assist the customer in choosing the

best screw profiles for each type of extrusion or injection

application.

The plastic materials on the market and their

characteristics are constantly evolving and require a

continuous adjustment of screw and cylinder.

Euroviti offers its customers a constant support in the design of screw profiles

suitable for different materials processed, to improve the plasticizing

capacity.

Thanks to the 3D design previews, Euroviti is able to

show the client an exact image of what will

be produced.

HPBHigh Perfomance Barrier Screw, have a lamination

effect that prevents unmolten particles being

present, despite an increase in flow rate compared with

standard triple-section screws. The extent of

the barrier and the spiral Maddock are designed

according to requirements.

HPEHigh Performance Extrusion

Screw, with different profiles depending on area

of application.Most have a barrier profile in addition to a mixer. Clearly,

appropriate profiles are examined in relation

to the application sector, L/Ds available and the

compound used.

TWIN SET PARALLEL

To increase the life of traditional nitrided groups, Euroviti is also able to offer BIMETALLIC BARREL.

This technology guarantees a high resistance to abrasion and corrosion, reducing the decreasing of flow rate and the maintenance time.

These kinds of twin barrel can be regenerated by inserting new bimetal liners, with high cost savings.

Parallel twin set represent the company’s core business, which, since its foundation in 1992,

produced these plasticising sets in different types of steels and treatments.

TWIN CONICAL SET

The twin conical barrel and twin conical screw are the most technologically complex to produce.

We have the technical know-how productive to provide twin conical barrel made in design or sample, coupled to the conical twin-screw that could be new or regenerated.

Mainly used in PVC and W-PVC profile extrusion, we are able to recommend the best combination of steel and coating to reduce the corrosion and the abrasion.

FLIGHT HARDFACING








These spare parts are mainly used in the production of compounds, raw granulate material used in injection and extrusion process.

Euroviti can provide spare parts for this extruder:

• Twin shaft splined or with keyway

• Screw elements in their different shape: transport, kneading block, rotors

• Barrel in one piece nitride or with bimetallic sleeve.

TWIN CO-ROTANTING SET

They are made by twin barrel realized in one piece nitride or bimetallic.

Some of them are realized with inside sleeve made in bimetallic, HIP and Vanadis10 who can be easily remove.

Twin Screws are realized with shaft splined with different type of screw element, transport and kneading block that can be composed in different way and we are able to recommend the screw design.

Today, the world of plastics presents many additives and fillers that are highly abrasive and corrosive.

It is therefore necessary to use bimetallic liners in the manufacture of the barrel to resist to these wear phenomena.

Euroviti uses liner from the best worldwide manufacturers and for each barrel produced we issue a quality certificate and traceability of the product.

It can be applied for the entire length of the screw or only in the sections where the wear phenomena are concentrated.

SPECIAL COATING

The coating is performed with the technique of HVOF which guarantee and excellent bond strenght, an increased micro-hardness and density than those produces with conventional welding.

To contrast the phenomena of wear, corrosion and abrasion, Euroviti propose scews with

special coating with Tungsten Carbide, Ceramics or Molybdenum.

REGENERATION

The plasticization set plays a key-part in the processes of extrusion and injection of plastics.

Proper maintenance combined with a precise knowledge of the wearing-out level of the screw and barrel allows to avoid downtime and so ensures better productivity.

Through the operations of regeneration, you can restore the functionality of the piece to its original level by acting on the parts that are worn, damaged or broken during use.

Euroviti provides all the assistance:

• disassembly of the set

• dimensional checks of screws and barrel

• choice of the best regeneration process and coating.

Inspection sheet

This regeneration activity, carried out in the various phases, guarantees the customer a complete service of maintenance of the plasticization unit.

The selection of alloys to be coated on the screws is made depending on the field of application.
