Vision Volleyball Club is dedicated to providing high-end training for female volleyball players between the ages of 10-18. Our mission is to emulate all of these characteristics to ensure an elite, yet fun experience for players, families and coaches alike. �


  • 1. Vision Volleyball Club isdedicated to providinghigh-end training for femalevolleyball players betweenthe ages of 10-18. Ourmission is to emulate all ofthese characteristics toensure an elite, yet funexperience for players,families and coaches alike.

2. Vision Volleyball will be a collection of dedicated coaches, playersand families. Because of its smaller size and sharp focus, each teamwill train at a high level. Coaching development programs will beimplemented to enhance Visions training curriculum. Positiondevelopment will be a key component. Vision Volleyball seeks toencourage athleticism and reduce injuries through performancetraining. VVC will finalize the growth process through competition inchallenging JVA and USAV events located within a 4 hour radius ofVVC. All teams will compete at Nationals, likely in Florida. 3. Since 2007, Randy has led Indiana Volleyball Academy(IVA) in their pursuit of providing quality training for girlsvolleyball in Indiana. He also launched Lafayette VolleyballAcademy (LVA) in 2009. Some of his accomplishmentsinclude:1984 Business School graduate from Ball State UniversityBSU All-American and long-time head coach at Ball StateNamed one of USAs Top 40 Greatest Program Builders of All-Time in 2002 by Terry Pettit and Kathy DeBoer of the AVCALed IVA to over 100% growth in 1st year of directorship (08)through recruitment and promotion of coachesActively supports sports performance training/injury prevention viarelationship with Acceleration IndianaSuccessfully launched LVA from ground up, growing 50% fromyear 1 to year 2, complete with full staff and multiple programsMarried to Lee Anne for 20 years; two daughters Sammie (IU) and Syd (Westfield HS). 4. Vision Volleyball will be open to ages 10-18. Camps andclinics will serve all ages and levels, teams and individuals.For now, Vision Volleyball will be exclusive to femalevolleyball players. However, groups will be able to rent VVC.VVC will field roughly 15 teams with the following possible:10s-1; 12s-1; 13s-2; 14s-3; 15s-3; 16s-2; 17s-2; 18s-1Tryouts will determine exact age group breakdowns.Athletes should be motivated to excel, dedicated toimprovement, and willfully demonstrate teamwork.Vision Volleyball Club is a high-end training program thatrequires an investment similar to that of other clubs. Camps,clinics and lessons will be offered at less commitment. 6.
