At Baptist Church of the Covenant, we do Baptist differently. Come engage with a vibrant and growing young adult ministry as we encounter the history and culture of downtown Birmingham.

Together we tackle challenging issues facing each of us everyday – from social justice to spiritual formation all within the context of honest biblical interpretation. This is welcoming community of equality and grace.

Take Highway 280 East toward Sylacauga. You will go 2.8 miles to Brook Highland Parkway and take a left at the traffic light. Follow Brook Highland Parkway 1.5 miles where you will find the entrance to the church on your left.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is our College Ministry about? Our college ministry exists to “glorify Christ by making disciples of all nations.” Our desire is to see the gospel of Jesus Christ take root in the lives of college students in Birmingham and around the world.

HHow do I get connected with Brook Hills College Ministry? The easiest way to get connected at Brook Hills is to join us at our College Community Group. We meet in the college modular beside the student building on Sunday mornings at 11:00AM. The purpose of this gathering is to make a big church smaller. This will be a gwill be a great environment for students to explore the various ministry opportunities of Brook Hills while finding great community, encouragement from the Word, and connection to a small group, which is the core of our ministry. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected].

What is a small group? Small groups are made up of college students that meet weekly tto pray, study the Word, and share their lives together. It is an opportunity for discipleship, accountability, and outreach amidst gospel-centered community. These groups are united under and compelled by the gospel to engage the lost around them both individually and corporately. We believe that as students collectively submit themselves under the Word of God, they are commissioned by the Spirit of God to proclaim the good nnews on college campuses and around the world.
