KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Visit our webpage for a complete list of Ann Arbor parks, along with addresses, access points, amenities, and interesting facts about each park. Note that some parks are not accessible for the public. If you would like a printed map, contact us at [email protected] or call 734.794.6445. However, the printed version is a few years old and is not up-to-date to accurately reflect the current parks system.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND COVID-19 Although playgrounds are now be open, be aware that they will not be sanitized. For an update on COVID-19 within Ann Arbor Parks and its operating procedures visit our webpage.
GIVE365, ADOPT-A-PARK AND NATURAL AREA PRESERVATION If you see a park space that you think could use some love and attention, there are three volunteer programs within our parks system that you can get involved with! For parks, playgrounds and facilities, visit the GIVE 365 webpage. For a longer term or more personalized commitment, you can adopt your favorite park, or choose from one of the available parks, through our Adopt-a-Park program. To get involved in the natural areas, land surveys or stewardship, visit Natural Area Preservation’s webpage.
SEE SOMETHING? REPORT-A-PROBLEM From abandoned bicycles to graffiti to excess litter, report a problem with a park to A2 Fix It. A2 Fix It is also available on your mobile device through the Apple App or Google Play store, and can be used to report: potholes | missed cart pickups | crosswalk issues | snow/ice on roads or sidewalks | graffiti on public property | dead or dying street trees | street light outages and traffic signal/sign problems.
A2 Fix It allows users to upload a photo with each request, as a visual reference to help staff quickly locate the problem. It is also helpful for requests to be as detailed as possible. Please call 9-1-1 for police/fire assistance, crimes in progress or life threatening emergencies.
TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS Keep track of your progress with the checklist and let us know how you’re doing! Tag us on Facebook,
