Professionals, companies and recruiters alike have long been frustrated with the inefficiencies of Internet recruiting andcareer management. As veterans in the Business, Internet and Recruiting worlds, we banded together to deliver the VisualCV,a powerful and new solution to these problems.
Phillip Merrick, CoFounder and ChairmanPhillip is the founder and managing partner of Bibury Partners, anearly-stage technology investment and advisory firm. Previously, Phillipwas Chairman and CEO of webMethods, Inc., a leader of businessintegration software, which he co-founded in 1996 with his wife, CarenDeWitt Merrick. Under his leadership, the company pioneered web
services and XML-based software integration technologies, demonstrated the strongest revenue growth of any U.S.software company in the period 1998 through 2002, and achieved the most successful software IPO to date in February of2000.
Phillip is Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Wharton School Executive MBA program, is chairman of EnterpriseDB, andserves on the boards of RollStream, the 118 Foundation and Five Talents International, a microfinance and microenterprisedevelopment non-profit.
Jeff Hunter, CEOBefore coming to VisualCV, Jeff Hunter was the vice president ofCorporate Development for Heidrick & Struggles where he managedglobal strategic partnership and investment growth initiatives. Jeff wasresponsible for creation of the "Future Technologies" strategy and globalMergers and Acquisitions strategies for the office of the CEO
Specifically, Jeff identified the game-changing nature of VisualCV, Inc. and subsequently led the investment in thecompany based on its innovative technology and multi-faceted market applicability.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jeff was managing director of Acumen Solutions, Inc., where he led the professionalservices practice providing strategic and management consulting for information technology, application services andoperations divisions for the world's leading financial services firms. Jeff has more than fifteen years of experience in salesmanagement, business development, operational management, business consulting and solutions design, including positionsas director and global head, Business Development, Financial Services Group of Perot Systems Corporation, president andchief information officer of The Olsen Group, a company that specializes in foreign exchange/interest rate moneymanagement, research, risk management and trading.
Douglas Meadows, Chief Operating OfficerAs VisualCV's chief operating officer, Doug oversees all aspects of thebusiness, including product development. Doug has more than 20 yearsof domestic and international experience in developing andimplementing strategic technology initiatives. He is a veteran managerof operations and has a demonstrated capability of moving a startup
technology from the research laboratory to the commercial marketplace. Doug has developed numerous go-to-marketstrategies in his career. While at IBM, he managed the development of core banking software for the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific financial services market. Later, SAIC, the world's largest employee owned company at the time, selected Doug tolead a spinout of a technology business resulting in a significant financial return to the corporation.
Camille Watson, Chief Marketing OfficerCamille Watson currently serves as the CMO of VisualCV. Prior toVisualCV, Camille was the vice president of marketing for GameFly, Inc.where she was responsible for cost-effective customer acquisition andbuilding an enduring brand. Before GameFly, Camille served as vicepresident of marketing at StubHub and spent almost five years as the
director of marketing at Netflix, Inc. At Netflix, Camille was responsible for customer acquisition via online and offlineadvertising, consumer insights, and the Brand. Camille began her consumer products experience in packaged goods asbrand manager at The Clorox Company and The Procter & Gamble Co. Camille holds an MBA from the Stanford UniversityGraduate School of Business and a BA from Stanford University.

Heidi Heiden, DirectorA true "inventor of the Internet", Heidi has over 40 years experience in designing, building and selling information systems;including building the largest Internet system; leading Wall Street's move to Internet-based systems; and designing,building and managing the first Internet, the DDN.
Gene Riechers, DirectorGene is recognized as one of the top value-added investors and boardmembers in the Mid-Atlantic region and is currently a general partnerof Valhalla Partners. He has over twenty-five years of experience insenior leadership roles at venture capital firms and technologycompanies. Prior to co-founding Valhalla Partners, Gene was the
founder and managing director of FBR Technology Venture Partners ("FBRTVP"). The FBRTVP Funds produced seven IPO'sincluding webMethods, the most successful software IPO in history.

Clint HeidenClint Heiden is co-founder and former CEO of VisualCV, Inc. In justunder two years, Clint took VisualCV from concept through to successful marketlaunch.
Prior to VisualCV, Clint was CEO of The Heiden Group, a highly successful recruiting firm for venture-backed and globaltechnology companies, placing executives into vital leadership and revenue generating roles including CIO, CTO, VP ofSales, and VP of Business Development for hundreds of clients. The Heiden Group also specializes in building national salesteams from the ground up for a number of organizations, ensuring human capital investments drive rapid and profitablegrowth within companies.
Clint has over seventeen years of executive experience including a full scope of P&L, finance, HR, sales, marketing,business development and operations management. He has delivered over $8 billion in organic revenue growth for theorganizations that he has led. Guy KawasakiNononina and Garage Technology Ventures
Guy Kawasaki is founding partner and entrepreneur-in-residence at Garage Technology Venturesand co-founder of Nononina (the owner of Alltop.com and Truemors.com). He is also a columnistfor Entrepreneur Magazine. Previously, he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc. Heather GermanLagan
Heather joined Lagan in October 2007 as vice president of Worldwide HumanResources and is now senior vice president of worldwide Human Resources. Aseasoned HR executive whose career spans multiple industries, she is responsible fordirecting and managing global HR operations, administration and strategicorganization development. Heather has over fifteen years senior human resource management experience specializing inbusiness psychology.

Use "My VisualCV" buttons for promoting your own VisualCV!
A great way to get people looking at your new VisualCV is to promote it with a "My VisualCV" button. You can use thesebuttons as part of your email signature, as a bio link on your blog page, as your discussion forum avatar, or anywhere youwant to be noticed.

How do I make a "My VisualCV" button for myself?
1. Complete your public VisualCV. To build your My VisualCV button you'll first need a completed public VisualCV and aphoto that you'd like to use in your button. Tell me more about completing my public VisualCV
2. Change your VisualCV's privacy setting to Internet so that anyone seeing the button can click through and view your publicVisualCV.

3. Create your button. Use the VisualCV Button Generator to create your button. It's easy! Simply select a photo to use inyour button and, if necessary, crop the photo to size. The VisualCV Button Generator will generate two things: yourbutton, which you can save and use in your forum avatar, and some HTML source code that you can use to link the buttonto your VisualCV.
4. Link the button to your VisualCV's URL. Copy the HTML code that the Button Generator creates and paste it either ontoyour web page or personal blog or into your email signature. TIP: Good email etiquette says that email signatures should be separated from the main text of the email by a linecontaining two hyphens and a space, similar to John Davidson's email signature shown above. If your initial email messageprompts a back-and-forth email conversation with your recipient, this convention helps trim down the exchange by tellingmost email clients to strip your signature from your replies.
